FROM TWA TO POPPIN' CURLS: FINGER COIL TUTORIAL
Tired of slow growing hair, hair loss, or dry, itchy scalp? Shop our Curl House Hair Restoration Collection at curlhouse.com/collections/all
Karen shows you exactly how she transforms her dry hair into gorgeous curly hair by doing finger coils. Make sure your hair is saturated wet. Apply leave in conditioner, creamy conditioner, and a styling gel. Pick up a small section of hair and twirl it around your finger. No parts necessary. After hair dries, separate each coil into two smaller coils to produce more volume. Spray a finishing oil to give your hair a sheen. All done!

Pretty nice to see an older person styling their grey hair in the natural community. And besides the curl house conditioner plug coming soon, I actually appreciate that she is not promoting product names as she goes from creamy condition, gel then to sheen. Just stick with the process and let people use what they have or buy what they want.

I finally got brave enough to try the finger coils after I found products that I felt would work on my hair. I’m very pleased with the result. First try though. It turn out as good as yours, but over time I am confident it can only get better. Practice makes perfect as they say. Bottom line, my first result looks good enough to leave the house so I’m very happy! 😉 THANK YOU!

What I appreciate about your video is the basic common sense approach. I do the same thing on me and my sons hair- wet it, apply leave in conditioner, a little oil, then coil. great video thank you for this video. I am getting so tried of my natural hair. I don't know what to do with my hair but I will try doing my finger coil like this. I have tried finger coil before but I have not tried it this way with a cream leave in as well with a spray leave in.

Your hair looks really nice! I keep telling her how to style it ... She's getting better but I think she should see this video. It's so informative.

It's nice and easy. I think most of us are always looking for simple ways to style our hair, styles that are less time consuming but looks great!

Absolutely gorgeous thank you for sharing your tips. I am on a natural hair journey myself after battling alopecia genetically but so far so good. 🤞🏾
