- A short video from 3M Personal Safety UK on how to correctly fit the 3M™ 6000 Series Reusable Respirators.
Demonstrated using the 3M™ 6200 Reusable Respirator (Medium). Also applicable to the 3M™ 6100 (Small) and 3M™ 6300 (Large) Reusable Respirators.

@@pansub5626 niye çıkarsın knk iş malzemesi bu normalde. O kağıt ameliyat maskeleri hiç bir işe yaramıyor. ffp3 standartına sahip maske takmak lazım bu onların en iyisi. Fakat hiç bir şekilde maskeye elini dezenfekte etmeden dokunma. Markete girerken taktın, işin bittikten sonra elini yıkadın sonra maskeyi çıkar. Kağıt maskelere göre daha rahat nefes alınıp veriliyor o yüzden 2-3 saat takılı kalırsa rahatsız etmez.

Haha! It actually does make you look like Scorpion xD The first time I put on my 6200 mask and looked in the mirror, I instinctively yelled "Get over here!" xD
...But then I realized that's probably not something I would like Covid-19 to do, so I'll choose Reptile instead... 😆 (And Sub-Zero would just freeze down and preserve the virus for later 🤦♂️😅 So he is not even allowed to participate... 😏)
Yes, I might be a little childish, but I've also been taking this seriously and carefully read all the instructions, done the saftey-checks/fit-testing and learned about how to properly maintain and clean all parts of the respirator 🙂

If anyone is here for coronavirus. 3m 6800 full face is the only way to go. That with P3 filters. And your invincible.

@@indomaret6745 you can smell when people smoke cigarettes and you can smell other noxious odors such as truck smoke and human refuse.

@sewagii I did some research on this topic. In 3M's website, they have some articles about the use of respirators in pandemics. They mentioned the H1N1 outbreak in 08-09 when all N95 face masks were used up. Medical personnel had no choice but used respirators instead. That means respirators are an viable option. They only problem is what filter you use. Not all filters are suitable.

How do you tell what 3M6000 series mask you have? 6100, 6200 and 6300 are not printed anywhere on or in the mask. Also.. 3M doesn't seem to provide any information about the "look" of the finished mask.. there are some numbers like EN140 1998. CE0086. ... but, what does that mean? Thanks much, if you know, and tell... :-)

Can you disinfect and reuse P3R 6035 Particulate Filters? I have several of them, bought before the Coronavirus outbreak, but if I had to replace them all the time - eg. after going grocery shopping - I'd quickly go bankrupt with current filter prices in my country.

Go and look at what is on the face of every senior consultant in any hospital.
There was something wrong with etither my mask or the filters I bough, because the filters just wouldn't fit no matter how I twisted, turned and alligned! I was in a hurry and I eventually managed to snap them into place, but before I did that - those elevated plastic pieces on the 6200 mask got a bit damaged and bent... I was supposed to work that day (healthcare) but I didn't want to work while using broken PPE, so I'm staying at home and wait for a new mask to be delivered...😑

Buy from ceritifed retailers. Check the price. This mask should go from 18€+, anything under is suspicious.
