- Paciente de 42 años, sin tratamiento médico y estable por edad. Alopecia avanzada por lo que se programa una estrategia en 2 cirugías y una posible tercera para aumentar densidad. En la primera intervención se injertan 3001 grafts a 2,41 pelos por injerto en el área frontal (7242 pelos, 55 micras de pelo, 0.90 mm punch; 380Graft1/1256G2/1122G3/231G4/12G5). 10 meses después se realiza la segunda intervención en la coronilla con un total de 2701 grafts a 2,30 pelos /injerto (6202 pelos; 0.9 mm punch, 360G1/1301G2/922G3/116G4/2G5). Pendiente un tercer retoque.

Great job, especially at the large bald, receded down very low crown. In such a case, most doctors tell that a full front and only a thinning look at the crown is possible.

Here is why according to my observations with Dr Lorenzo HTs: 1. It's not "poor donor" as it could yield 5700 grafts already. 2. 5700 grafts is a decent amount if all of them grows. HTs from many other doctors do not fully grow. So people mistakenly get the idea that 5700 grafts cannot cover baldness, at least not the crown. 3. 2.3-2.4 hairs/graft is a good average. Many other doctors only have the skill to extract 2-2.1 from the same head. 4. He transplants denser to more visible, eye-catching spots. 5. His transplants perfectly and naturally blends with the original hair.

Saludos, tengo 40 años y una prominente calva , ademas sufro de una recurrente foliculitis en la base de la nuca la cual ha disminuido el cabello en esa zona también. quisiera considerar un transplante de cabello pero creo que en mi caso se podrían usar folículos de otras zonas como la espalda , pecho , piernas etc ya que tengo mucho por todo el cuerpo menos donde debe estar... ustedes lo pueden realizar? que costo aproximado tendría un transplante de unos 10 mil folículos ? gracias.
