The millennia of wars for Khorne, the pervasive fear of death for Nurgle, and the rise of an ambition for change in sentient beings for Tzeentch. So one could say Slaanesh feeding off how freaky ppl were getting would have came about at some point, but the Eldar hit the gas pedal so damn hard, it literally left a mark lol gross.
