Hello, I just confirmed with my gauge needles that BMW has "spring" needles that need to be "clocked" as you put them back on! Basically there are two positions for reinstalling the needles: 1) A light press to hold them on and then spin them counter clock wise to "zero" 2) Press the needles firmly in at zero to set them in place. I did this with all 4 needles and started them half way through the ranges (4,000 RPM, 1/2 Tank, 80 MPH and 250 Degrees). After you firmly place them all at zero, they can all smoothly travel throughout the range and when you get back to "zero" the needles will not move past that point. I hope this helps someone who may run into this issue in the future!
Ty I am thoroughly enjoying your content and gaining some valuable BMW and DIY knowledge from them 💯This is and a steering wheel are most like my next interior mods in the next month or so. Thanks Bro and keep driving 💪🏽💯
Hello, new to your channel, great job your cluster looks great with those yellow faceplates, one question how are you going to get rid of the adaptive headlight warning on your middle screen, thanks again
Why some are saying that u have to disconnect the battery? I have seen 3 vids about replacing them but don't disconnect battery. Also some are saying that once they place the cluster back it just sits on zero?!
Yeah I’m all good. Definitely good to hear your kissing my content. If you follow me on Instagram at tyworkz. I’ve been posting some there. Some updates. Been a hectic last couple months.
How do you like the new yellow gauges? Are they well visible? I am thinking of ordering yellow gauges in my Porsche Boxster hence my question, someone was saying they could be hard to read under some light conditions
Hey bro did you recode your car so that your fuel consumption gauge actually works as an oil temperature gauge? I have the same yellow/black gauge cluster too. Been trying to figure it out forever. I got a K+DKAN cable, INPA, Ediabs, Perfekt toolbox, but can't seem to get it. Were you able to figure it out?

Yo bro did you ever did the center console orange lights?
I swapped my 335xi gauge face and my rpm is not working.......need some help
you may have pushed the needle on too hard. try taking the needle back off and putting it back on again but not as hard.
What happened to your white cluster lights? Did you go orange again?
This is my m3. The led mod I did was on my old 328
Agreed
Does the light come through the black numbers? Would have like to see it with lights on
Any updates on the channel?

Nikko Arnado My M3 doesn’t have a fuel consumption gauge, it has an oil temperature gauge. So I don’t have the same issue as you
When you'll do the centre console led swap 😅
Saved me! Thanks man
My gas gauge goes past 0 and hits the speedometer needle when I hook up the cluster..what did I do wrong?
🤯🤯🤯 👌🏽 Doing it..!!! 🤤🤤🤤 thanks man..😉!
How you made it? For example a stock car have 260 km/h and your works at 330 km/h
Pawel Dragon I have an m3 so my tachometer goes up to 330 kmh from the factory
Can I work without separating the battery - ?
* airbag light is permanently on
* has a swiveling headlight error
*proceeds to mod the cluster*
Yo bro ur video are awesome you and Matt’s shout out colonia nj
