Hey, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate these videos and it really shows how much you care about the industry and up and coming cinematographers
Yes, Redlining is super important! If I'm shot listing a specific shot for a single character, I draw an underscore ____ beneath the lining at the portion where I want the shot to end, thus letting me know the duration in terms of dialogue/lines where I want to the shot. It looks like an upside-down T .
Love this video... First time here. What iPad are you using in this video... I will be buying a New MacBook Pro and I want an iPad also... but the last time I checked I couldn't get Final Draft on an iPad... that is why I have not bought one yet. I am a writer... retired editorial writer for a newspaper... and am working on a few manuscripts ... but will be starting screenwriting soon. Which Computer would you recommend for a Screenwriter/Filmmaker? and Which iPad would you recommend? Thank you so much for sharing this great video. I can't wait to see more of your videos. P.S. As of right now... since my MacBook Pro is so old... it will not let me "Friend" or "Subscribe" (I do not know why it will not let me do that... that is why I am wanting to buy a New Computer).

Hell yeah Brandon, thank you
This sounds so much easier than what I was doing (making colour coded Milanote boxes with every line that would fit the shot 👏🏾 great tip!
Glad it was helpful!
