I can understand why meal service in a cardboard box may seem pretty bad and low-quality. I haven't flown in Finnair's business class before, but for their economy class meal service, I actually prefer the cardboard box rather than a plastic container. For me, it gives a more unique and natural feeling, since economy class meals are almost always served in plastics.

hate this airline look at the way they served hot meal in the box i flew their business class and even in business their service sucks!
