For TEN PLUS YEARS I have had to call my local USPS because of "sorting issue" that led to every 10th piece of my mail WITH A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS to be delivered to the college a block away. The best part is how after YEARS of not fixing the problem they would get pissy with me every single time I called about the ongoing problem. It must be awesome for the people in charge of USPS to make 6 figures a year and faces ZERO professional accountability!!
