  • Every rep counts when you swing a kettlebell. Hannah Eden put together this full body workout that uses a mace and kettlebells.

    Perform the exercises as a circuit, completing one set of each in sequence with 20 second rest between. When you’ve completed the entire circuit, rest 1-2 minutes, and then repeat for 4 total rounds.
    1. Alternating Kettlebell Snatch to Lunge: 40 sec on / 20 sec off
    2. Kettlebell Jump Squat + Gunslinger + Clean: 40 sec on / 20 sec off
    3. Mace Bent Over Tension Rows: 40 sec on / 20 sec off
    4. Kettlebell Swing to Squat: 40 sec on / 20 sec off
    5. Kettlebell Bottoms Up Squat Clean: 40 sec on / 20 sec off
