If they come back, it's because their other plans failed; it's not because they love you. DO NOT TAKE THEM BACK!! Don't contact them at all, and don't take them back. It’s my first experience of someone packing and leaving, the worst is when they have left while you not home and you receive a message it’s over and they want space. @@techmaster9539 You're right, but I think you can easily ignore their first messages just for an additional effect. You shouldn't just straight up respond 'hi'. Respond a few hours later, or tommorow. Or do not respond at all. Sometimes they write you only because they get a little bit emotional and they delete their messages later. To avoid that, ignore first messages or answer later.
In my situation. I had to see them again. Her fam invited my fam over to a gathering and there was a table for people our age. I didn't say anything but hi or bye. She sat beside me and our mutual friend tried to get me to engage first. Trust me, stand your ground, it will break them like they may have broken you and it will be justified.

We don't talk like we used to but she seems a bit comfortable to msg for some work related things as we work together in the same company. But whenever we have our little conversation, we don't talk about the relationship but still keep it somewhat casual. It's actually her birthday tomorrow. I don't know if she ever will reconsider our relationship but I'm certain she does not consider me a bad person. I still remember the time when we broke up and I was around her all messed up, she wished that I'd change my organisation. Covid lockdown and WFH actually helped me to religiously follow NC. And with time and NC I don't think there's bad air between us which very important. So, I'd suggest you to follow coach Lee's advice and be sure to not defame or insult your ex in front of anyone even impulsively bcz that will make things worse in a long run. I hope you'll get your ex back.
Gee they think men can feel regected if we say the wrong thing or get too needy we can get dumped or have our little outbursts men cant handle it and leave we are women and its what men do that causes us insecurities its not all womens fault.

It worked!!! No contact is a success. My ex after 4 weeks started texting back and said she missed me, that she thinks every day about me. No Contact fòr me is like FASTING. It is really very difficult in the beginning but it get all the toxication out of your mind about your own self and creates the sense of self respect and love for your own self and eventually it makes you happy. For me No Contact is a spiritual and holy action and you get spiritually very strong.

Hello Coach Lee 😊 A day before 3 months of no contact rule with my ex. I got him back coach Lee I am happy and we had date last Sunday (3-15) hang out, spend time together in a whole day.. My ex tried multiple indirect move to me, casual response of course and I made smart contact too during no contact. I never mention our relationship I just keep silence. And hang out with my friends posting in social media that I am good and happy in my life. Strongest piece of advice I can give anyone. Go through therapy if you so much as think you need it. Focus on building yourself. Life is always full of opportunities to improve. Try something new. Step out of your comfort zone. It doesn't take the pain away, it doesn't stop the memories flowing. But what you choose to do moving forward HAS TO BE for yourself.
Athanasius, I had 1 full year of weekly Therapy with a terrific PhD who helped me with a narcissistic relationship. She is also a narcissist survivor, but she was great in all aspects of psychology. It sure does help. Then I discovered Coach Lee!

THIS VIDEO IS SO TRUE!!! Coach Lee I cannot thank you enough for all your videos and guidance!!! My boyfriend broke up with me after 5 months and I went into no contact --- he came back after 3 days BEGGING me to take him back and he was sorry. I said I would consider it but wanted to take it very slow....However, literally the day after he came back to me, his father passed away and I immediately jumped back into the supportive role and being the "at your beck and call' girlfriend. Then 9 months later, he said he didn't know if he saw a future with me and he broke up with me AGAIN. I made the huge mistake of calling him the next day crying and pleading for us to stay together and he agreed. Then 6 months later, he broke up with me AGAIN... This time, I immediately started no contact (it has been 1 month of NC). My point is that he NEVER had to experience the break up! He NEVER had to realize the consequences of his decision and NEVER had the fear of loss. I didn't allow him the opportunity to miss me - EVER. I didn't allow him to live life without me and realize my place in his life. Therefore, he didn't value me. He took me for granted because I never left his life when he 'broke up' with me. I learned that immature people will 'break up' with you frequently if 'breaking up' always remains a concept and never a reality. This time - I AM GIVING HIM THE BREAK UP.
Nothing yet... however on day 51 of NC my ex’s best friend called me out of nowhere asking me how I’m doing??!!! I think he might have been doing spy work on me (I’m mixing NC with radio silence so there is no update with me on any social media platforms). I didn’t give his best friend any updates on me either - I just said I was doing good and put the focus back on him. I DID NOT mention my ex at all - but neither did he. Today is day 56 of NC. Gonna keep going!
I broke NC after 2 1/2 months and called my ex saying we should catch up. He agreed and asked to see me 2 days later. However, as excited as I was, he had no intention of getting back together... he even went as far to say that he thinks we are through but he doesn’t want to cut me out of his life. I was devastated. It felt like I was being broken up with all over again. I was calm and told him I didn’t want to be friends and will not intrude in his life. Then I got in my car and drove away in shock. My story isn’t a success story.... it’s been 1 month since that happened so I guess we are over. (3 months total since he originally broke up with me) ... idk if I reached out too soon or if he was never coming back. But... the shock of our meet up made me unfollow him and deactivate my FB for awhile. I miss him everyday, but I need to concentrate on myself right now.

I pushed my girlfriend away because of emotional trauma I experienced as a child. I treated her like a princess the first year but afterward the demons inside of me got the best of me and I hurt her emotionally. She finally just blocked me on Snapchat and broke up on snap. I didn’t realize my mistreatment until it was too late. 7months passed and I broke no contact. I broke down and even went to her house begging to comeback. I could see in her body language she was done. I feel so much regret and pain for what I did to her. I respected the cycle of my father and it kills me inside that I did. I pray one day she will forgive me and I will never let her go again but I feel she hates me. I pray god to cleanse me of my sins and to forgive the hurt I put on such an innocent girl
Go to therapy and improve yourself . It’s the best thing you can do . Whether or not she appreciates it doesn’t matter . End the toxic cycle with you .
Mine reached out just shy of 2 months after I went No Contact on her, and I must confess the conversation ran long. She wanted to talk. It flowed. And she raised points that I myself had wanted to berate her about, which saved me from having to be a scold because she answered them herself. I'm glad to hear responding courteously (if coolly) was the right thing to do at 2 months. Sounds like by 3 months one might have to admit she's gone.
It's been about 4 months since my last text message. I've had friends know that I'm not over my ex. They suggested and only suggested that maybe I'm going to have to reach out to her if I have a chance. I keep telling them I can't reach out to her. I can't give her the validation I'm still here waiting or whatever she may think. I can't come this far and get rejected again and go through the mental heartache of her saying, "no". @@anthonyzybert3106 man I went 131 days before my ex contacted me and when she did, I committed the fatal crime of still seeming too interested. I should have just been cordial but semi distant, like I had stuff going on. Anyways, after she contacted me, we met up and she stayed the night (no sex) and all went well. However, because I was too eager, she began to breadcrumb me by sending a message once a week for about a month before I called her out on it. She told me she just wanted to be friends and was still madly in love with the guy she cheated on me with. I declined her generous offer of friendship because I didn't just spend 4 years in a relationship to be second place. Screw that. I told her to never contact me again. I'm the prize! It's been about 230 days since that last happened. It got easier to do no contact a second time. You can do it. It sucks at first. Fake it until you make it. Don't play games. Don't leave you social media open or stalk them. Just focus on you and go talk to other girls and hit the gym. A day at a time. My breakup was the worst. I not only lost her but her 3 kids I got attached to. I'll never date single moms again but I am dating and happy being single at the same time. It hurts right now for you because your identity got lost into her and you can never allow that to happen again.
I don't care if this works but I get tones of strength from your videos. I think it boosts the energy of thinking outside of my breakup situation. I have done all the DONTS mentioned in this videos but I still have good hope.
Make sure to eat well and exercise. I had way too much to drink over the weekend vacationing with friends. Came so close to screwing up. Be sober minded folks. It's very important.
I listen to everything Coach Lee says except the 3 month mark. I’m sure it won’t work in my situation. I’m going to wait until I move on completely and meet someone new.
It's been 6 weeks since he broke up with me and I already feel better and can say I am slowly getting over the relationship.. As the time passes by I don't see my ex wanting to be back together. I do come to realisation that it won't happen and I shouldn't have false hope. If me being dumped - accepting the situation, then the dumper is probably already over me.
Kornelia Wlodarczyk it’s great that you feel better. But remember people are complicated and you never know what are they thinking. Honestly be best advice for all of us is to live our lives and if we can, don’t think about our ex. Only then, we won’t care if they’re coming back or not. If they do, we’ll see how we feel then. If not, we already moved on.
It took me 3 months to get my x back years ago ,no contact works, all my friends said It was over ,everything felt lost and hopeless but no contact worked . She wasn’t a woman of value ? I left her after a year as I wanted a family , 10 years later I found my soulmate, very short relationship and she just moved out and asked for space , now I’m going through it again , but yes time to start no contact again , relationships are hard , but now I finally got a woman of value , wish me luck !

I am at the 3 month mark and from experience, I have always been the one to go back and make it work. It always placed him on a pedestal, like he was the dictator of my life.. I do not care how long it takes, I am not reaching out to him this time. It hurts because I am realizing a lot about our dynamic and I am not sure if I will go back to him if he reaches out. Especially if he sleeps with someone else... He has sent out a few clues, but it does not mean anything unless he actually reaches out to me by phone... Taking it one day at a time.

Deleting the phone numbers is the only way. I got a friend to do it for me as I struggled to. Got fed up with receiving contact then going quiet again then me contacting - via Versa. It’s harder when they see you daily and act like they don’t give a sh*t about you, I finally believe they don’t. The next step will probably be me changing my number -again!

I've seen so many different tactics my ex has used to try to get me to contact her, but I'm not going to break no contact again. I've seen her do everything from posting pictures with other people to make me jealous, posting pictures with things that I bought for her somewhere in the picture, blatantly talking about things that me and her really enjoyed together and talking about things that only me and her shared and I would understand. She's even become immature and gone as far as trying to provoke me and to arguing with her, but I'm not going to budge this time. This time, she has to make the move and show me that she cares instead of me jumping through hoops, constantly trying to win her over and showing that I care. All of the mixed signals drove me absolutely crazy.

My ex broke up with me 2 months ago because he didn't want to deal with my emotions after he broke my heart. He checked in on me one month later. I responded about an hour later and cut the conversation short. He continued to contact me for a few weeks with casual conversation. Again, I responded but was very short and sweet. He eventually opened up to me about a situation he's dealing with. I expressed sympathy but didn't give too much emotion. I haven't heard from him since then ( about 2 weeks) but now he's reaching out to my cousin to ask about me. That's so weird to me and I dont know what to make of it. My ex told me she still loves me but cannot respond everytime i tell her i love her because she’s not ready.. i begged her but she got mad, i was so stubborn and i realized it was a wrong move to beg.. I greeted her this valentines twice and told her I LOVE HER and im still here whenever she’s ready but she replied with “ good day”. My heart sunk again and i told her why it is hard even to greet me, then she greeted me. I thanked her and told her I appreciate the greetings though i know it was involuntary.. And Then i felt I disrespected myself so hard and so i stopped talking to her. It’s been 4days now, and i think she’s wondering why i stopped chasing and begging.
Coach you absolute legend. I have been binge watching your videos to help me through ages of pain, i'm just starting to feel better (day 67 no contact) she has been positng lots of bikini pictures on social media and I've not reacted to anything but naturally I've just been curious over whether it's for me or not. Anyway, today, I got confirmation she is thinking of me because she viewed my tiktok profile! (On tiktok you have to go out of your way to look directly at the profile and it's a new feature being told someone looked so she probably hasn't realized) Obviously this doesn't mean she will come back and i'm not going to do anything in return or react as she needs to reach out but it's a sign no contact could be working on her. I will keep this updated, i'm already half moved and am not expecting a reach out yet but it at least shows that she still thinks about me which after being dumped like you were nothing is a nice feeling to have, nobody wants to be forgettable it's a horrible feeling.

Damn good video. I had the same "desperate" thing happen the past two weeks. I kept watching afterward for more likes but got too hooked on the little breadcrumbs for personal validation. My ex had liked a SERIES of profile pics I was posting, and I was confused as hell. She needs to fucking TALK to me if she really wants to talk. I agree, she probably still has some attraction or "liking" of me. But way before these likes I sent her a song I wrote about her, and MULTIPLE emails (ridiculous) most of them unanswered. If she wants to talk to me, then she can text me, call me, or email me on facebook. I am DONE.

I'm doing no contact for me and my daughter I can sit in the pain but I'm a single father and my daughter was very attached. Pfff, oh yeah, she gave me clues she wanted me to reach out alright.. then when I didn't I was removed shortly after. But not before her needing to announce a cleanse of her friends list as a warning. She left me. Her life didn't improve- been in no contact for almost a month. Respond a few hours later, or tommorow. Or do not respond at all. Sometimes they write you only because they get a little bit emotional and they delete their messages later. To avoid that, ignore first messages or answer later.

In my situation. I had to see them again. Her fam invited my fam over to a gathering and there was a table for people our age. I didn't say anything but hi or bye. She sat beside me and our mutual friend tried to get me to engage first. Trust me, stand your ground, it will break them like they may have broken you and it will be justified.

We don't talk like we used to but she seems a bit comfortable to msg for some work related things as we work together in the same company. But whenever we have our little conversation, we don't talk about the relationship but still keep it somewhat casual. It's actually her birthday tomorrow. I don't know if she ever will reconsider our relationship but I'm certain she does not consider me a bad person. I still remember the time when we broke up and I was around her all messed up, she wished that I'd change my organisation. Covid lockdown and WFH actually helped me to religiously follow NC. And with time and NC I don't think there's bad air between us which very important. So, I'd suggest you to follow coach Lee's advice and be sure to not defame or insult your ex in front of anyone even impulsively bcz that will make things worse in a long run. I hope you'll get your ex back.

My main issue dealing with relationships in general.
No Contact fòr me is like FASTING. It is really very difficult in the beginning but it get all the toxication out of your mind about your own self and creates the sense of self respect and love for your own self and eventually it makes you happy. For me No Contact is a spiritual and holy action and you get spiritually very strong.
Coach Lee, you are like a healing balm to all the broken hearts. Just by watching your videos I am calmed and soothed. It's a nice human gesture, money and business aside. The lonely hearts came, and you offered them a free refuge. Perhaps your greatest prize is that little piece of gratitude from an aching heart. When they were alone in the darkness you offered them a caring touch, extended belief, and actually gave them a good advice.

A day before 3 months of no contact rule with my ex. I got him back coach Lee I am happy and we had date last Sunday (3-15) hang out, spend time together in a whole day.. My ex tried multiple indirect move to me, casual response of course and I made smart contact too during no contact. I never mention our relationship I just keep silence.
And hang out with my friends posting in social media that I am good and happy in my life.

Strongest piece of advice I can give anyone. Go through therapy if you so much as think you need it. Focus on building yourself. Life is always full of opportunities to improve. Try something new. Step out of your comfort zone. It doesn't take the pain away, it doesn't stop the memories flowing. But what you choose to do moving forward HAS TO BE for yourself.

My boyfriend broke up with me after 5 months and I went into no contact --- he came back after 3 days BEGGING me to take him back and he was sorry. I said I would consider it but wanted to take it very slow....However, literally the day after he came back to me, his father passed away and I immediately jumped back into the supportive role and being the "at your beck and call' girlfriend.
Then 9 months later, he said he didn't know if he saw a future with me and he broke up with me AGAIN. I made the huge mistake of calling him the next day crying and pleading for us to stay together and he agreed.
Then 6 months later, he broke up with me AGAIN... This time, I immediately started no contact (it has been 1 month of NC).
My point is that he NEVER had to experience the break up! He NEVER had to realize the consequences of his decision and NEVER had the fear of loss. I didn't allow him the opportunity to miss me - EVER. I didn't allow him to live life without me and realize my place in his life. Therefore, he didn't value me. He took me for granted because I never left his life when he 'broke up' with me. I learned that immature people will 'break up' with you frequently if 'breaking up' always remains a concept and never a reality.
This time - I AM GIVING HIM THE BREAK UP.

Nothing yet... however on day 51 of NC my ex’s best friend called me out of nowhere asking me how I’m doing??!!! I think he might have been doing spy work on me (I’m mixing NC with radio silence so there is no update with me on any social media platforms).
I didn’t give his best friend any updates on me either - I just said I was doing good and put the focus back on him. I DID NOT mention my ex at all - but neither did he.
Today is day 56 of NC. Gonna keep going!

I broke NC after 2 1/2 months and called my ex saying we should catch up. He agreed and asked to see me 2 days later. However, as excited as I was, he had no intention of getting back together... he even went as far to say that he thinks we are through but he doesn’t want to cut me out of his life. I was devastated. It felt like I was being broken up with all over again. I was calm and told him I didn’t want to be friends and will not intrude in his life. Then I got in my car and drove away in shock. My story isn’t a success story.... it’s been 1 month since that happened so I guess we are over. (3 months total since he originally broke up with me) ... idk if I reached out too soon or if he was never coming back. But... the shock of our meet up made me unfollow him and deactivate my FB for awhile. I miss him everyday, but I need to concentrate on myself right now.

I pushed my girlfriend away because of emotional trauma I experienced as a child. I treated her like a princess the first year but afterward the demons inside of me got the best of me and I hurt her emotionally. She finally just blocked me on Snapchat and broke up on snap. I didn’t realize my mistreatment until it was too late. 7months passed and I broke no contact. I broke down and even went to her house begging to comeback. I could see in her body language she was done. I feel so much regret and pain for what I did to her. I respected the cycle of my father and it kills me inside that I did. Go to therapy and improve yourself . It’s the best thing you can do . Whether or not she appreciates it doesn’t matter . End the toxic cycle with you .

Mine reached out just shy of 2 months after I went No Contact on her, and I must confess the conversation ran long. She wanted to talk. It flowed. And she raised points that I myself had wanted to berate her about, which saved me from having to be a scold because she answered them herself. I'm glad to hear responding courteously (if coolly) was the right thing to do at 2 months. Sounds like by 3 months one might have to admit she's gone.
It's been about 4 months since my last text message. I've had friends know that I'm not over my ex. They suggested and only suggested that maybe I'm going to have to reach out to her if I have a chance. I keep telling them I can't reach out to her. @@anthonyzybert3106 man I went 131 days before my ex contacted me and when she did, I committed the fatal crime of still seeming too interested. I should have just been cordial but semi distant, like I had stuff going on. Anyways, after she contacted me, we met up and she stayed the night (no sex) and all went well. However, because I was too eager, she began to breadcrumb me by sending a message once a week for about a month before I called her out on it. She told me she just wanted to be friends and was still madly in love with the guy she cheated on me with. I declined her generous offer of friendship because I didn't just spend 4 years in a relationship to be second place. Screw that. I told her to never contact me again. I'm the prize! It's been about 230 days since that last happened. It got easier to do no contact a second time.
You can do it. It sucks at first. Fake it until you make it. Don't play games. Don't leave you social media open or stalk them. Just focus on you and go talk to other girls and hit the gym. A day at a time.
My breakup was the worst. I not only lost her but her 3 kids I got attached to. I'll never date single moms again but I am dating and happy being single at the same time. It hurts right now for you because your identity got lost into her and you can never allow that to happen again.

It's been 6 weeks since he broke up with me and I already feel better and can say I am slowly getting over the relationship.. As the time passes by I don't see my ex wanting to be back together. I do come to realisation that it won't happen and I shouldn't have false hope.

Honestly be best advice for all of us is to live our lives and if we can, don’t think about our ex. Only then, we won’t care if they’re coming back or not. If they do, we’ll see how we feel then. If not, we already moved on.

It took me 3 months to get my x back years ago ,no contact works, all my friends said It was over ,everything felt lost and hopeless but no contact worked . She wasn’t a woman of value ? I left her after a year as I wanted a family , 10 years later I found my soulmate, very short relationship and she just moved out and asked for space , now I’m going through it again , but yes time to start no contact again , relationships are hard , but now I finally got a woman of value , wish me luck !

I am at the 3 month mark and from experience, I have always been the one to go back and make it work. It always placed him on a pedestal, like he was the dictator of my life.. I do not care how long it takes, I am not reaching out to him this time. It hurts because I am realizing a lot about our dynamic and I am not sure if I will go back to him if he reaches out. Especially if he sleeps with someone else... He has sent out a few clues, but it does not mean anything unless he actually reaches out to me by phone... Taking it one day at a time.

@@newleafgold4486 I still have not heard from him. It is now coming close to 5 months. He posted a pic of us 2 months ago on his fb and his mom called me last Friday. Not sure what that means.. I am focused on my life and self improvement. I am starting a new position at my job in 2 weeks. I am also done with FB for a while for my mental health.

I've seen so many different tactics my ex has used to try to get me to contact her, but I'm not going to break no contact again. I've seen her do everything from posting pictures with other people to make me jealous, posting pictures with things that I bought for her somewhere in the picture, blatantly talking about things that me and her really enjoyed together and talking about things that only me and her shared and I would understand. She's even become immature and gone as far as trying to provoke me and to arguing with her, but I'm not going to budge this time. This time, she has to make the move and show me that she cares instead of me jumping through hoops, constantly trying to win her over and showing that I care. All of the mixed signals drove me absolutely crazy.

My ex broke up with me 2 months ago because he didn't want to deal with my emotions after he broke my heart. He checked in on me one month later. I responded about an hour later and cut the conversation short. He continued to contact me for a few weeks with casual conversation. Again, I responded but was very short and sweet. He eventually opened up to me about a situation he's dealing with. I expressed sympathy but didn't give too much emotion. My ex told me she still loves me but cannot respond everytime i tell her i love her because she’s not ready.. i begged her but she got mad, i was so stubborn and i realized it was a wrong move to beg.. I greeted her this valentines twice and told her I LOVE HER and im still here whenever she’s ready but she replied with “ good day”. My heart sunk again and i told her why it is hard even to greet me, then she greeted me. I thanked her and told her I appreciate the greetings though i know it was involuntary.. And Then i felt I disrespected myself so hard and so i stopped talking to her. It’s been 4days now, and i think she’s wondering why i stopped chasing and begging.

I have been binge watching your videos to help me through ages of pain, i'm just starting to feel better (day 67 no contact) she has been positng lots of bikini pictures on social media and I've not reacted to anything but naturally I've just been curious over whether it's for me or not. Anyway, today, I got confirmation she is thinking of me because she viewed my tiktok profile! (On tiktok you have to go out of your way to look directly at the profile and it's a new feature being told someone looked so she probably hasn't realized) Obviously this doesn't mean she will come back and i'm not going to do anything in return or react as she needs to reach out but it's a sign no contact could be working on her. I will keep this updated, i'm already half moved and am not expecting a reach out yet but it at least shows that she still thinks about me which after being dumped like you were nothing is a nice feeling to have, nobody wants to be forgettable it's a horrible feeling.

You know what you should do? Get an upgrade. That's what I did when she ghosted me.
Stop thinking about her, she thinking about you will make her less likely to move on, while you on the other hand is free to get some upgrades. You'll feel better and victorious. She broke with me last year and now she texted me yesterday, but I don't feel her anymore coz I have a new girl which is very much leagues better than her.

Damn good video. I had the same "desperate" thing happen the past two weeks. I kept watching afterward for more likes but got too hooked on the little breadcrumbs for personal validation. My ex had liked a SERIES of profile pics I was posting, and I was confused as hell. She needs to fucking TALK to me if she really wants to talk. I agree, she probably still has some attraction or "liking" of me. But way before these likes I sent her a song I wrote about her, and MULTIPLE emails (ridiculous) most of them unanswered. If she wants to talk to me, then she can text me, call me, or email me on facebook. I am DONE.
2 year relationship ended then picked back up again only for her to leave again with in 2 weeks. After 1 altercation. I'm doing no contact for me and my daughter I can sit in the pain but I'm a single father and my daughter was very attached. I cannot allow my child to be hurt. 2 people always choosing eachother...within reason that's what you should fight for. I like no contact and applied it the first time the relationship ended. It worked but I jumped all over it...stupid me. Now I plan to move on. Now my daughter needs to be kept safe from this BS. Plus I'm blocked and unblocked so 🤷 goodbye for now

Pfff, oh yeah, she gave me clues she wanted me to reach out alright.. then when I didn't I was removed shortly after. But not before her needing to announce a cleanse of her friends list as a warning. She left me. Her life didn't improve- been in no contact for almost a month. She is still causing havoc for me in the workplace- with rumors and all the one sided nonsense. Meanwhile I'm focused on my self improvement and getting closer with other relationships. Update: He tried reaching out every now and then( after a gap of 7-8 i) would answer him but avoided asking any questions except for saying I'm good how have you been once or twice.
I did no contact and radio silence alternately as coach lee suggests.
On day 29 he used the nickname he had for me when we were together.he hadn't used that for months!
I thought maybe my no contact month is over and i can be a little more casual with him. I asked him a few questions this time and told him to stay safe since he works in a hospital.
But then what ? He vanished for 10 days or so and i started regretting my decision thinking maybe that was too soon. Maybe i should have done a no contact for 15 more days.
Right now i decided to go for radio silence and no contact for 45 more days because he acts hot and cold and i feel he doesn't miss me enough or he hasn't made up his mind yet
So I'm in part 2 (day 17) of no contact again!
He reached out once or twice just asking college related stuff . I'm very confused at the moment when to stop with no contact. I fear overdoing it. At times i wonder what if goes into rebound. A few days ago i made this mistake of stalking his account and i have been seeing him online for an hour or two straight at midnight so i have had this sudden anxiety. I won't stalk him anymore. I will have to wait and see if i see any genuine sign then only I'd try letting my guard down little by little. I would follow coach's vid on what to do when ex acts hot and cold.
So, all in all, it's a long path...stay strong...stay busy... don't stalk...have patience and coach is right about everything he says
