Thank you, I found your video on a site called Coffee Lovers 101 when researching about doppio coffee but looking to do manually here at home. There are lots of videos on the products to use at home, but you are the only one stating the amount to use for a single serving which takes the trail and error out. Some say to not pack the grounds too tightly, and I see you using a packer doing just the opposite, of course you have a highly advanced espresso maker that might matter in being able to force the water through? At any rate I appreciate you taking the time to make this video as I live in a more rural area where you don't get as good of quality you probably provide in your cafe, but pay the same price or maybe more. If I ever make it to Nepal, I'll certainly stop in and enjoy a real cup of Doppio!
