I decided to change after I had serious humidity issues in last years summer si Im hoping this Klarstein will solve my problems. How many boveda seasoning packs will I need, and im probably going to go with 1 360g 69% boveda pack once upand running, do you think this will be enough. Also how many cigars does it hold and did it come with UK plug adapter. Many thanks in advance. 👍

@@jbulheller I seasoned mine with 3 84% Bovida seasoning packs for 14 days but before I did that I gave it a good wipe down with distilled water and baking soda
I would like to know what temperature you keep it at? I have it on 18 and it drops down to 16 which is not the ideal temperature. I open the door every day to increase the temperature.

Help needed please. So iv bought exactly the same as this. Iv calibrated my digital hydrometer, which read 75 bang on. Iv wiped over the trays as shown. Had it a week now, and it will not drop from 81 RH. I had the humidification device out, still the same. And the humidification device is supposed to be a two way device, that absorbs excess moisture. I really am pulling my hair out over this. Any help on achieving 69/70 RH, would be extremely appreciated. Thank you
Not sure what you are using. If it’s Oasis it should keep a steady humidity. Try boveda packs or as I have mentioned before add floral foam to the reservoir and soak in humidifier solution.

Everybody I watch about these humidors use Bovidas, but it has the container in there for the distilled water. Does it work on the container filled with water and hold its humidity without bovidas?
Info for you all the faint smell which some people mention that the plastic gives off is not the plastic it is the glues thats used when assembling the unit , i have the 48 ltr version of this humidor and there wasnt even a paint smell also dont ever do what this guy mentions about wiping down the cedar shelves [the wipe down does not work it just damps the exterior but does not get into the wood] so complete waste of time thats a fact just dont do it ....... just wipe the unit with a clean cloth [some distilled water to clean the dust etc if you want ] then just put in some 84% boveda packs and leave [switched off] for 2 weeks minimum i left mine for 4 weeks but i had more draws and shelves so a lot more cedar then the cedar fully absorbs all it needs of the humidity deep into the wood ..... Ive had many humidors from small to large desktops to various sized cabinet styles over 30 years , just be patient and it will run perfect as i said if you go with the wipe down you will be fighting with it ..... watch the Boveda channel about seasoning a humidor on one of the episodes he talks about these thermo electric humidors its very interesting

I have the same Humidor and buy hygrometar cos bowidas aren't 100% I have 4 bowidas ,beeds for 75 cigars and in somer humidity drops so don't believe yust bowida will doo all . I haw mine in boxes and now I hawe 60-70 cigars so 5 boxes and feu cigars in drowe but its good cos cooling is super factor and seel is like on fridge

Hey it should fit 2 boxes of 10, but it depends on the size. I had Montecristo Dantes and the boxes won’t fit.

leave the door ajar for 12-24 hours. then place a 65% boveda pack inside. wait up to 10 days and ut should be between 65-70%RH

It holds up to 100 there is a large draw in the bottom

I just bought 250 cigars hunidor, i have to have in 100 cigars at least?
You can have less, but it'll take more work to maintain the humidity as there is more air to circulate, just buy more smokes :D
