@@taorion y si..y Paul lo sabe q Adrián vanderberg lo hizo allá por los ochenta, lo toca porque lo considera un gran tema y si Paul reversiona un tema es porque es un gran tema... Simplemente eso!
This song had a huge influence on me as a kid starting on guitar in the early 80's. Vandenberg was always underated as a guitarist. Paul Gilbert does a great job on this.
Damn Paul, I LOVE the way you are wired. That solo was just exactly how Adrian played it. I can feel your energy with every note. They through away the mold when you were made, PG. And to Adrian, thank you for creating tune! You're incredible as well.
Absolutely terrific... Although he clearly changed things up to basically play the vocal melody on the guitar, glad to see he kept the brilliant studio solo as-is... and actually kinda made it look like child's play, but still keeping plenty of the emotion of the original.
Check out some live stuff by the band Europe, Also, Europe does an incredible job of being Schenker's back up band for a song. Also look Europe's version of Love to Love.
Respect Paul Gilbert for the respect of Vandenberg! There are three great Dutch guitarists: Jan Akkerman, Harry Sacksioni and Christian Vandenberg. There was a Japanese edition Vandenberg: VANDENBERG JAPAN GUITAR SCORE BOOK TAB< I have this one
Great song loved this take on it!.....is that Paul Gilbert from Mr.Big? I thought Paul was the singer in that band also he reminds me a lot of Dane Cook 😆
Kudos for playing (almost) the exact studio solo. I liked that Paul sensitively duplicated the exact vibrato in the lower registers but subtly fixed the shaky, tremulous vibrato Adje had on high bends in his earlier years - thankfully absent on the impressive 2020 album.
Beautifully done.. 👍👍
That was insane
That was FUCKING killer and kudos to Adrian for writing a masterpiece
When Paul Gilbert covers your music, you know you've made it.
Adrian Vandenburg "made" it before Paul Gilbert "made" it.

I thought the same fucking thing....first, I thought , wow if Paul Gilbert covered my song I'd probably start sweating😅😅😅
Beautiful rendition, thank you.
I was 19 when the song came out , I loved it at 1st listen
Hell yeah! A fantastic cover!

Not underrated. 🙄 The exact opposite actually.
@@SonnyGTA Not as appreciated.
Paul Gilbert is so frickin' cool..all around badass, fo sho!
Paul Van Gilbert👏🏻

Adrian Vanderberg is such a great guitar player... no more to say..
I wish Adrian would play the solo so flawless as Paul did here. It flows great and true to the original..
Karin Roessen he’s revived Vandenberg so we’ll see.
@@gjvpelt we hebben het al gezien Gerrit. Stroef soms.
Honestly I prefer the more melodic style of Adrian Vandenberg. This song deserves max feel! Technically Paul is the boss.

ソロはオリジナルに忠実で、リスペクトしていることが伝わってきました!
Paul is amazing
At 2.04 one of the best and most modest bass players in the Netherlands, Walter Latupeirissa.
no kidding.....there is an overwhelming michael schenker vibe here......lovely....

Kick it in this kool ass solo guitar.
Give this man a few notes and he can do everything
Great Song from "Vandenberg"🎸😎👊
Very well done!

Christian? I think you mean Adrian. Who is a Guitaristian.
Mega talent

and the guy who published this video is another van lol
Yep, most people in the Netherlands are a 'van'. Most of them not particularly good guitarists.
..ik ben ook een `van`...van Nederlandse afkomst.... ;-D
Dat telt niet hè
Amazing
amazing!
thanks for recording :)
Jesus! This was amazing! And you totally nailed the solo, even the feel of it!
He didn't nail anything maybe butchered a great song but thats what Paul does. Talk about uninspiring.
Adrian Vandenberg
Paul Gilbert actually
Paul, you are sick. I mean that in a nice way. I'd love to drink and beer and jam with you some day man

Was this the racer x dude??
Yes. Paul is the man.
And Mr. Big.
Just hire a singer . Steve Vai has the same problem.
adrian's is better than paul's.
Destrozó la canción. Lo único bueno fue el solo
TU LO HUBIESES HECHO MEJOR VERDAD?😂
Terrible!
That's horrible performance. Sorry :(
Oh....so you know nothing about music? Yes, you are sorry.
REALLY?? YOU CLOWN..
