    Mike is absolutely right. Build the ligaments. Connective tissue. Don't worry about muscle. Muscle comes with it.

    I love this concept so much. Is there any chance you would ever make a video on how to apply this concept of strengthening the ligaments for every muscle group? I would love to practice and train with this method more for all muscles

    Titan is around 6'3 and 280-290 with a small waist so so it's not like whoaaaaa he can lift those weights that heavy of course he can cause he's big
