Happy flying everyone.... Ian
Hopefully a nice reminder... Apols if you knew it all already! 🤠 Think I got a bit carried away with thinking about a new Air3S when editing some of the the caption titles...😖 Cheers to @bombaybadboy007 for the heads up 🤠
Brilliant information as always Ian. Well done
Your right, I need to use Spotlight more often. Thanks for sharing.
Great video and info Ian. Thank you!
Absolutely Ian! A great reminder to get the most out of your Air 3! Definitely my go to, most used drone aside from my Mini 4 and Mini 3 Pros. I love your fog hyper lapse. Hyper Lapse is a favorite of mine too... Clouds, sunrise, sunset and some form of traffic. The longer flight time means a longer hyper lapse. Zoom + Orbit = Zoom compression. That and slow motion I will experiment with in the near future. Thank you, Ian. Cheers, Brendan 🤟😎🤙
Nice one Ian, I’ve had a few drones over the years & stopped 3 years ago, until I got the mini 4 pro earlier this year & now I also own the Air 3 😊
Good reminder about all the great features. This has become my favorite and go to drone these days. I love everything about it, and I love the beautiful view you had up there on the rock. What a great place to fly and take video. Thanks again, Ian, for another straight forward and interesting video. Marc T.
Cheers Marc. Yeah, it was a great spot 👍🏻
Thanks for the videos Ian. Really enjoy them. Currently fly a Mini Pro 4 but seriously thinking of purchasing an Air 3 (or Air 3S). I live in West Sussex so always flying around the coast so often just too windy. I find your videos genuinely helpful. Thank again.
Well, you've got the south downs and they're often windy.... would defo recomend the air 3, but let's see what the Air 3S looks like... ;)
Hi Ian thank you for putting this up just got my air 3 2wks ago keep up the great work 👍 👏 😀 👌
Great video but your were saying it was the 3s which it obviously isn’t in your descriptions during the video.
Yeah, as per pinned comment... I triple check the spelling but was obviously dreaming of the 3S whilst drawing up those captions 😂
Great refresher Ian, cheers mate
You're definitely right. I'm always forgetting these features, but I'm of to Somerset on the 5th of August, so I'm planning to use all these features over the sea and hopefully get down to Lynmouth and get some nice footage. Thanks for sharing 😁👌👍 🇬🇧
I do a lot of timelapses AND when I take pictures I prefer to take a AEB-series. At the beginning I had big problems in colorgrading RAW-pictures. With AEB-series I can take my JPGs and the software is stiching them together. I’m kind of in a training with my colorgrading and within my AEB-series this is possible on the same time. It’s possible to take one out of the AEB-serie to work with as a RAW image. Sometime I compare them and I need to admit I slowly understand why profesionals prefer RAW over AEB-series. In terms of colors there’s much more flexibility with RAW images. Also with my timelapses, as well in RAW: I can easily choose from my almost 30 minutes of timelapse footage to take the one I like to work with it as a RAW picture.
You'll get better results but have way more work to get there.... If it's good for you then perfect :)
When to the sessions of sweet silent thought,
I summon up remembrance of things past,
I sigh the lack of many a thing I sought…
Ah, Ian, you have reminded me of the wonderful functions that I so infrequently use-sigh. I shall sling the boomerang (the symbol of strength) next time I fly, and be mindful of “the menu I see before me.”
Aha Squire Kelly. As ever, your input takes us to a higher level! Keep searching for those hidden functions and Boomerang to your heart's content! All the best and enjoy the summer George! 😎👍🏻
@@IaninLondonThanks for the good wishes. Same to you, my friend.
Hi .. I've just gotten an Air 3 and have flown a lot with it .
every now and then i experience it being "drunk" .. the horizon wont be level or it has a hard time keeping stead on the sky - even in low wind.
I've tried calibrating everything but without conclusive results.
I also experience that the homepoint or the subject that im tracking might "drift" , eg i'll be tracking a tree , but then the center might be on the ground 5 meters away.. or the homepoint might drift several meters.
is this something you also experience ?
Can't say I do. The horizon should always be level unless you're flying sideways in strong wind.... You might open a chat with DJI.com support
Hi Ian....appreciate your videos! Quick question regarding edits...which computer do you edit with? Thanks in advance!
It's an LG Gram running Premier Pro.
@@IaninLondon appreciate your reply!
Learnt a lot from your videos I have the mini 2 - air2s and conned into the Mavic 3, DJI marketing - mini 2 is still my favourite drone
Mavic 3 still an amazing bit of kit esp the camera. You have the best of both worlds with both models 👍🏻👍🏻
I have a question for you. I’m new with drones. I have a DJI mini three can I do Time-lapse with my drone? Is there a feature for it?
Yes~ The mini 3 and 4 have the function for taking the Hyper lapse and Time lapse clips, but the Mini series can't handle the winds very well, the Hyper and Time lapse clips needed to took a long time to go for finishing the clip, a strong gusts wind suddenly blowing to the Mini 3 or 4, will ruins your Hyper or Time lapse production instantly~
Just a note you have ( air 3s ) in your titles when showing the different functions 😅
Is that the subtitles? If so, what time stamp? Cheers
@@IaninLondon when your showing quick shots - hyper lapses etc 4.12 onwards 👍
Ah FFS 😂😂😂. I had the dreams of an Air3S in my head the whole time I was editing...😂😂
@@IaninLondon 😄
Why do you keep showing "3s"? on so many scenes?
Because I made a mistake on the first caption and kept copying and amending the same caption. Guess I was dreaming of a new release...... 😂
Air 3 the forgotten drone by the peoples, but there're a lot of the peoples always focused on the Mini 3 or 4 Pro, the Air 3 is the middle class drone with the pro functions but the name without a single character related to "Pro"~ I just wondering why the Mini 3 Pro or 4 Pro have no a function is related to Pro, but its name with the Pro, its really wried & funny thing that DJI naming it~
Yep. Fully agree 👍🏻👍🏻
