I honestly have never seen such a immaculate stretch of highway. Lighting is perfect, asphalt is perfect. Everything is just perfect. We have good infrastructure here in europe but there is always some holes or bad lighting somewhere down the line. Here it just goes on and on and on. Especially with all those haulers you would expect to hear the cop running on some potholes or some damaged piece of asphalt but nothing. Everything is perfect.
Despite the other reply, your description of this stretch of road is accurate. This was my daily commute for years and something I miss about most of GA's interstate system. Unless there is construction, much of the highways are a pleasure to drive. Especially in the middle of the night.

Here in SoCal suspects don't have to go over 25mph on the freeway. They dictate the speeds to the cops and cops stay a safe 3 car lengths behind. For however long it takes. 1 hour up to 4 hours.

Jail wouldn't take him after the crash therefore he walked with tickets and warrants while advised to later turn himself in . The Sheriff in my county would have a heart attack if he heard his jail staff didn't accept someone who put so many lives in danger that night. Once he's cleared at the hospital, the liability is on the hospital.

I like how the trooper while in pursuit sees a car engulfed in flames at the side of the road and makes note of it like it's nothing unusual at all, I guess being a Georgia State Trooper probably makes something like that not too exciting or noteworthy anymore.
If you lived in Atlanta or even visited you would find out that a burning car on the highway is a common occurrence here. So no it’s not unusual at all. 😂

Some of the younger Arkansas troopers are limited to 130 or so but Georgia to my knowledge does not limit anything below the standard factory setting
