here's a tip for keeping war that i learned from my own grandmother: wrap your neck with a scarf to keep air out, and wear your warmest coat whether your are inside or outside your house. also if you have pure coconut oil, rub your feet, legs and arms with it before putting on your clothes, esp. at night. the oil will give you additional warmth.
