●Karami Daikon Oroshi (Freshly grated Radish Japanese 7spice and soy sauce on top)
Daikon radish 100g
Shichimi togarashi (Japanese 7 spice) 1pnch
Soy sauce ½ tsp
●Daikon Namasu (Marinated Japanese Radish with sweet vinegar)
Daikon radish 200g
Sugar 2tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
●Daikon skin Kimpira ( Sauted Japanese Radish skin with sweet soy sauce )
