Depends on your budget. Normally you would get a decent laptop in the range of 55-60k These are the must have for smoother development Min 8 gb ram (extendable slot is a plus) Min i5 >=10th gen Min 512GB SSD
It's about understanding the users physiology, problems & lot more, and solving their problems, creating User Interface, making the product or service usable, enjoyable, and accessible. There is still more and more things, can't explain here...

Any decent laptop of budget around 35k would be enough
depends on your budget so if budget is not a constrain I would suggest go for m1 air not m2 but m1 as It is a beast of a device for development
