I think harish, you have to change some sort of things. Bcz you are stuck on that point only that point. don't work like a vlogger just change some type of content like how can do start a startup from scratch or down falls or create a product and its life cycle from 0 to market revenue and so many things.

How you earn what is your earning model and the office is on rent basis or you have owned
First thing big mistake of taking a such a expensive office space, next mistake is that you such a high cost of living. Don't do that, if you want to socialize with other startup co-founders it's easy, you don't have to rent a expensive office space.
It may sound awkward but is it necessary to speak English in your company 🥺
