An easer and faster way to do it is reverse your sight so it it close to the string and align the pin with the string and move the sight up and down against the string and you will see if the sight is parallel with the string... much easer and faster... this also eliminates any shooting errors...
The objective is not to get the sight parallel to the string. It is to set the sight perpendicular to the ground when the archer is holding the bow. This method accounts for any natural cant which is induced by each individual archer.
Please do more of these on your tripple trouble channel. You can do it with Giji and others. So we could compare. Because there must be a little differences.
