To solve this please try the following: Try updating the video card drivers. The video card may have "Switchable Dynamic Graphics" set to less than maximum performance. From there click Browse, add Maple 2019 to the Application List, then choose High Performance. Especially happening for me on Win10 with Starcraft Brood War, works very extremely slow frame rates on High Performance but if I go back to standard I get the 1114 error. This didn't fix it. I read that to fix the frame rate problem I have to take it off high performance with the current version of Brood War

It's in almost brand new condition, it's just that the windows are outdated. I've been trying to download to windows 10 but run into the problem of my amd radeon is not compatible.
