    Roelly might have the best arms ever. Easily the best triceps, probably top 3 forearms, and though his biceps aren’t super peaky or defined, they’re quite huge and have lokg insertions

      @Antoniooooooooooooooo 3 года назад +14

      @@stugamerzone8076 Comparing as is, arm game Roelly vs Lee Priest is no competition. The only shot Lee can take him from is fdb due to better definition. Roelly kills him in the triceps no doubt. Lee is closer to Phil in the tricep war.
      Lee's arm may appear gigantic, but its relative to his body. And he is quite narrow. While we all know Roelly is one of the widest mass monster for a man of his height. Roelly's arm appear huge in the MM, SC, BDB, 3/4 Arnold shot, and the so called who-haa pose (after the SC and essentially Roelly's ST). I don't think LP stand a chance

      In the late 90s, there were photoshoots of that moron in flex magazine. I can't remember the topic but it was probably about how he had built his amazing triceps...
      People talk about the 90s as the modern golden era of bodybuilding but it was actually the start of the BS : synthol, implants, gh/insulin guts, loss of definition and separation...etc

Dorian Yates and Phil Heath are notable exceptions but I understand Phil's back was once a weak point in his early days.

    When I was training, I always had good tri's compared to bi's. My biceps were nothing special but I had some really good triceps that were just there.

    The Gift vs Roelly, the Gift wins because he can actually hit a side tricep!
