- Today I'm painting one of the most recent releases by ARRMA, the Arrma Nero 6S BLX 4WD Brushless Monster Truck.
SIMPLE can be very effective. Minimal use of colours and graphics can be all that's required to make your car look completely different.
With the Diff Brian technology, which allows you to switch between 4 different driving modes (Blast, Climb, Wheelie and Drift) this is a very versatile car that should be able to offer a kick on a variety of different surfaces.
What caught my eye instantly the moment pictures of this vehicle emerged online was the enormous amount of ingenuity and design work invested in developing the chassis. While the Nero does have a traditional twin vertical plate layout, combining it with push rod suspension, easy access paneling for convenience in maintaining the truck and a choice selection of aluminium upgraded parts in the areas where the strain is the biggest, it certainly sets itself apart from the competition.
The Arrma Nero comes ready to run, equipped with a Tactic 2.4 Ghz radio that has a decent overall feel to it and clear instructions to make sure how to get started and how to trouble shoot it in case of any issues.
In the constantly growing range in vehicles offered by Arrma, the Nero is the very definition of how Arrma steps it up in terms of looks and engineering by offering a vehicle that in my opinion redefines what can be combined in an 8th scale basher platform.
