Very awkward floorplan in my opinion...hate seeing the bathroom when walking into home...it should be in the first small bedroom as an on suite. .. Very sad to see a push in stove and only one oven. Needs cooktop and two stoves. Small pantry. Did you say 13,000 for the sliders? I would just keep windows. Really can't see where the builder has the odosity to charge this kind of money. The garages look very small from your filming angle and I don't see how any normal sized car will be able to fit inside. Very poor floorplan and not up to toll bros standard. I would expect better at this price point....

Really nice model! I'm torn about keeping the den or opening it up. Nice backyard and pool too! I'd need a bigger backyard/lot for the pup.
