This is also now archived gameplay of being able to clip into the Earthmover's head and kill it in under a minute.
Only used Core Eject, Malicious Railcannon and Freezeframe.

what causes the earthmover to gradually die

The way you activate the lasers is by walking to the front after clipping into its head from the back. During the animation where it absorbs the projectile and prepares an attack of its own, the Earthmover's head has its collision temporarily removed which is how the lasers kill it. Took me quite a lot of trial and error to reach the head the fastest way possible for me. This was before I found out there were faster, more well-optimized strats.

SPOILER!
There’s a crane somewhere on benjamin’s back next to some buildings close to the security system, on that crane is a pair of tesla coil things that you can activate with the blue railcannon, this activates the crane and swings the crane’s explosive cargo into benjamin’s side/leg making it possible to climb straight in and activate the FLUSHING INTERIOR idol smashing part.
