Since Rowan discontinued my beloved Wool Cotton, I have not been so excited for a yarn!!! The combo feels so fantastic and it really creates, for my climate, perfect fabrics for “transitional times” when it’s not super hot or super cold…which is 5 months out of the year. Squeee!!! This past year, I got back into crocheting after a long time. I used to crochet a lot. Mostly blankets. But now that I've discovered all the wonderful online tutorials, I'm trying new things. I've only ever worked with acrylic yarn. I think lack of experience kept me with what I knew. I look forward to trying Happy Place. It seems like a good yarn to try a new type of material. PS. Your video showing how you finally put together your granny squares was perfect. I had been working on and off over many years to make a "Roseanne blanket". After your video, I asked my grandchild, who is naturally artistic, to help me with the placement. We set them out on the bed in my spare room. I finally put it together and gave it a border. Honestly for all-natural fibers AND machine-washable, that's a GREAT price! I already have project ideas 🥰 The pink, aqua, and white are giving me "salt water taffy" vibes... imagine them in a snuggly mid-season cropped sweater that's been run through the dryer to give the stitches a purposeful fluff, so they evoke that chewy-soft taffy texture~

I wanted to let you know how much I love Happy Place! I just received my order and am soooooo impressed with it! It feels wonderful, soft, and the colors are so yummy! The yarn is a delight to crochet with and I'm working up a sweater with the melange pink which is a lovely color. I also weave and your yarn will be perfect for it.
