All of the Merlin cast are amazing, but I always felt that Colin Morgan is superior. There is just something about him as an actor. I sincerely hope I see more of him in film and TV and he gets lots of major projects.
I keep searching and searching of colin morgan's movie and TV series, and I found him on the TV series 'the living and the dead' and I'm excited watching now 😁😍
I named my nephew Emerys after his character. Now it sounds weird but there's no going back. I am preparing myself when he's old enough to scold me :))
When I first saw Jurassic World, I was upset that her character died. Because I love Merlin and I liked Morgana. At the time my brother didn't care that she died and didn't know who Katie is. But now he watches Supergirl. And when he rewatched Jurassic World he was upset that she died. He loves her in Supergirl.
I needed to find a show to share with my students to explain the medieval times. I showed one episode to them during class. That weekend I binged the whole first season....secretly. Monday a student that was a big football player came up to me and said you know what I found that show on Netflix and have been watching it ever since. LOL! I though that was too funny. I think a lot of us miss this show it was really good in a different way.
All those herbs that Merlin used are real healing herbs which I myself use and reccomend ibstead of poisoness prescription drugs Gods medicine of herbs. Strange in thoes days people were killed for healing others "Witch Craft" They called it but they really work today.
I have rewatched Merlin as well just recently on Netflix. I had not watched it since the final episode in 2012. Ive missed it and after watching it again it reminds me how great of a show it was. It was my favorite show and still is!
Colin Morgan also played the Duke of Blackwood in "The Huntsman & The Ice Queen". He's sadly only in the whole movie for a minute, there's also a closeup from him, and dies at the beginning, but I have the idea that this is one of Merlin's lives while waiting for Arthur to return. If I'm serious, every role that he plays is Merlin, or a reincarnation of him, waiting for the Once and Future King finally getting his lazy ass out of Avalon so they can at last save the world from downfall.
We all know Colin Morgan is just a name Merlin took up and acting is just his temporary job while he waits for Arthur's return. Edit- Exactly like how Hercules pretends to be a guy named Kevin Sorbo.

I absolutely loved this show it was amazing I remember watching it every night it was like a family tradition and we never missed an episode was sad when it finished but it came back a few months ago and I was so happy I watvhbthe whole series again. Merlin was a awesome series. 💖💖💖

That doesn't mean he is dead! Simply that Albions's darkest time has yet to arrive. Merlin brought magic back to Camelot, and lived to see it end in peace. He is still waiting - will always be waiting. Besides, he won't be alone. The Great Dragon will always be with him, as well as Althusa. Gosh, I am so obsessed with the show! Ahhhh.
The Great Dragon "Kilgharrah" Died in the show....the last time merlin saw him he said he was getting old and his wings were damaged....and Aithusa is wrecked so he cant do much

Or someone that understands, no one can be alone that long. And Arthur will one day rise, so he'll be waiting for that.
Arthur will rise in a world of technology and guns....when he only knows swordsmanship.....and Aithusa will never reach full dragon potential...also they put the point across that Merlin was still alone all these years and lost everybody he ever cared about.... I know it makes you feel better to not believe it but....its the cold harsh truth.
I love Colin Morgan and will support him in everything he does. I really hope, however, that we see another Merlin series one day. It would be really incredible for these actors to play their characters a few more times.
It's sad such a good show has ended especially since there were almost 6 million veiwers watching the show per episode as it was being aired on the U.S alone.

I'd been watching Merlin 5 episodes again and again and again. I maintained these series in my laptop. I am always touched by the impact of the messages..even though in magic.. I am a Filipino.
Angel was also in a episode of Maigret Starring Michael Gambon who sadly died 2023 read his life story extremely interesting a life long wife and mistress no wonder he was always smiling a Casanova. 😅😅😅
I honestly started this serie on Netflix a week ago It gives me good chills and good vibes. Feels very classic but innovative. I always smoke some good herb while watching it. Sometimes in combination with a red wine. I absolutely love it
Currently re watching this, it is a superbly made series and probably one the best the BBC have made I have not seen anything that comes close to it apart from the Musketeers which is another good series if you missed it I highly recommend you watch it on BBC Iplayer

Merlin was the best series ever, that I watched growing up. I remember binge watching it at night when my parent's were asleep. :) Wish the cast met up and did Merlin in the present now with Arthur coming back from Avalon.
No Season 6 obviously. It has been 12 years! It's a tragic story. It's better to leave it that way even though we don't want to but that's the reason why Merlin will be forever remembered. I guess I'd not forget this show until the day that I die. It really made an impact to be so bad that I get teary eyed whenever I remember it. The actors, the actresses, the staffs, the cameramen, and the directors did an excellent job! 100/100 the best of the best!
