I love the voice of the guy who sings. Listening to this version brings back the sound of how the heydays band sounded I can actually hear that sound that they had Close to how Les was back then. Young and spirited live on stage. Well, I listened So could hear it.
I also done a not looking at the screen bit. And if that is done it gets heard. There is more than one person in this band. Maybe only one is well known. But the other 3 have a history. Are not novices. Or new to travel as they travel with other bands abroad. They play with other bands. Not just with Woody. Who folk hem in on. The others have fans of their own. Are popular within themselves.
Heidi Tate,it's been recorded on an interview in the Finland tour that Eric wrote most of them, woody says himself, Eric corrects him and says he wrote more, woody wasn't writing then, you can't argue with the writer, or the one who said it.
Lisa loves the rollers,if woody said he wrote some,he lies, according to the guys, woody was annoying, probably full of himself,I know Eric was in the mood to beat the crap out of him at times.
All of the Rollers are old just like those of us who listened to them in the 70s! The remaining ones are still talented and good looking! Just because you have no desire to see them, there are a lot of us who do!
Woody is a Bay City Roller. They don't claim to be the "classic lineup", which isn't even possible anymore since Alan Longmuir's death. With so many lineup changes over 40 years, and two current touring versions of the band with original members, its hard to say what should be called "The Bay City Rollers." I think this combo sounds great so I'm thankful they're bringing the tunes back to life.
But since then been a fan of the times with Les Duncan Eric, line ups. And the Eric and Les bands and l the line up where there are 3 other guys there. Not just Woody. And all 3 of those guys have real fans into them. Who do not remember any of the times when the Bcr were famous. Cos' they were not born in the middle 70s
This is all too much like what Queen went thru' when Freddie died. No one would have dreamt then what would happen in the future. Stadiums full of people accepting another front man doing the songs that belonged to him and his persona.
After the heydays where the entire band line up wrote 3 whole lps on their own. No Martin/Coulter songs. Just them. The other 4 and another singer. New music was there. Again with Eric on lead and the line up with Alan and Woody with a girl named Kass. New music again. Not sure, but when I was following both line ups there were fan clubs for both line ups. So puzzled about folk who missed those periods of the band. Cos from what I remember if those times there were plenty fans out there. Not just me. And when Les toured his Bcr there were plenty in the crowds at his gigs. He was gigging his band from 1992. And new songs came from his band as well
Thanks for keeping the Bay City Rollers alive best years of my life
I've loved woody for the last 45 yrs. He just keeps getting better. 💛🖤💛🖤

Woody is great singer ,💕🎶🎶🎵😎😎😘😘😍😍
What a vocal Ian has. Love this. Does not seem too long ago that it was Eric Woody Alan Kass days. Love both band line ups
Love you Woody
Looking and sounding good Woody
Woody got more energy than the younger folks LMAO but this guys singing is pretty good!
Awesome Woody looks happy too🎸🎶🎼
Love it!
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Good for you mate!
Who's the man singing now,he's very good. And Woody has'nt changed much either.👍
Ian Thomson!
I wrote you letter did you read it Woody?
Would never see them, using the name of Alan lonmuirs band and singing Erics songs, woody can't play Eric's solo in this, would tell him so
He is keeping the music going! Anybody who loves Woody and loves the music goes to see them!
Those songs were woodys too. KOR
Yes I agree with Lisa, those songs just aren't Eric's....they're Woody's too!!!

Woody wouldn't need to come here, old tell him to leave.

THIS IS NOT THE BAY CITY ROLLERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was a time.when Nobby was the voice. And there was an original line up.I remember those days. Was a fan.

Shouldn’t Woody be the focal point? Not this Journey wanna be guy in the middle?
Tried to get 'em all in. Usually the singer is the focus. We like Ian! He's an excellent guitarist.
Ian has amazing vocal ability. He fits in on each Roller song he sings. I took the time to listen and get to know this line up.
Sorry not that good. Not near as good as Les. I
Woodys Bay City Rollers sound so much better than McKeowns Rollers.
I remember seeing the Les in the 80's BCR rendition in the Seattle area.
This is all too much like what Queen went thru' when Freddie died. No one would have dreamt then what would happen in the future. Stadiums full of people accepting another front man doing the songs that belonged to him and his persona.
There are still two bands out there.
And both great. Well they are if it is the songs one is in too.
@@moiraanneshearer3572 I know
Without Les McKeown, there is no Bay City Rollers. He's not just the original voice, he's the ONLY voice.
Les was NOT the whole band. All of the guys were/are talented!
