Who is ready for Spring? I am! With the new season headed our way, it’s time to do a little Spring Cleaning! I’m so excited to share this video! This video is packed with cleaning motivation,a few of my deep cleaning tips and tricks and so much more! In today’s video I tackle my kitchen! It needed some SERIOUS cleaning! I truly appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers! I hope this video brings you lots of spring cleaning motivation! I didn’t tackle my entire house but I did get my kitchen done and that was a big one! Thanks for being here!

Wow, what a chore that was!! I'm sure you must've been exhausted when you finished!! I've started my spring break, but just don't quite have it in me to start spring cleaning. My spring cleaning will probably have to wait for summer break!! Glad you're on the mend, friend!!

Hi DeDe, I sure did miss you too! Glad you’re on the mend! That was a TON of detailed cleaning for ANYONE let alone someone who has been sick! I’m impressed! It looks great and I love the smell of a clean space! Post it notes are my best friend these days! If I don’t write it down, it just flies right out of my brain!😜😜😜😜. Oh my goodness, Jennifer! You sure do know how to make a girl feel good! I am so glad I got the kitchen done, and I can mark that off my list and move on! What is the deal with the sticky notes? I am the same way if I don’t write it down, it’s like I forget it! I often wonder if the sticky note is like a mental thing! Who knows! Whatever the reason sticky notes seem to get the job done! Thank you so much for being here! PS, my husband thinks I look great in as well, maybe I’ll buy more things that are royal blue!! 🤣💙💙💙
Girl, I am finally able to watch your video from Friday!! Love the Spring Deep Cleaning motivation. Actually I got all mine filmed and uploaded. However, I still have to decorate for Spring. But my husband and I are working on a project right now. We're doing a Guest Room makeover. We were only going to paint the ceiling and put up a new ceiling fan, but we got inspired to do some diy's. But thank you so much for this motivation. Glad you are feeling better. Hugs my friend 😘

Hey twin, I'm glad you're feeling better. I started on my spring cleaning this week as well. I replaced all the mini blinds in the house with new cellular shades. Wow, what a difference it made. Next up kitchen deep cleaning. Have a great weekend and week ahead. Hugs!!!

Bless you for tackling your kitchen after an illness! When we put in our new kitchen, I replaced my old cabinets with simple white shakers. That has made such a huge difference ( not all of the fancy trim of the old cabinets). Your glove does seem to work well on all of the nooks and crannies though. Take a rest now, before hitting any other rooms.
Hello Joy!! Your cabinets sound wonderful! That is my dream is to redo my kitchen with white/light cream cabinets. The cabinets are in excellent shape so I can’t really justify replacing them, but we definitely would like to get them professionally painted and change the hardware in the near future! I would have to use the mop for the top.cause our cabinets goto the ceiling and I am short and don't like ladders. I do like the glove. Another lady I watched used resolve carpet cleaner in her grout

Welcome back! You were missed. I hope you didn't push yourself too much. I am glad that you chose to tackle just one area at a time. I do that, too. But I tend to do it year long in stead of just at spring time. I do a little bit here and there. It just seems to work well for me that way. I hope you get some rest and are back to 100% soon. Hello Matt! It is definitely good to be back! Thank you for your kind words. It is nice to know that my little channel matters, and that I was missed! I think the way you do your deeper cleaning is a great plan. We all have to find what works for us! There are times when I feel motivated and I will tackle something and it can be the most random time! I do feel good to have the kitchen marked off my list since it for me is one of the most taxing areas to clean! I definitely will try to get some rest this weekend, and hopefully will be back to 100% in no time! Have yourself an amazing weekend, and I will try to do the same!

...I absolutely agree with n o t becoming Overwhelmed with those Two Words ... : " Spring Cleaning ".... because it is not a Race, it is not a Sprint... I'm glad you have it in perspective, Miss Dede....😊
It will get done , even if it takes a bit longer than one might anticipate or had " a Goal of a Timeline" .... its okay to do what you can, and then resume . I have seen it.... someone driving themselves to exhaustion over " Spring Cleaning "... it is not necessary, nor Healthy to do that. ...Its much better to not try to do ones " entire home " in one fell swoop....Take one room a day, or two days if necessary... Take one room per Week.... if needed,if that is what works . ..dont feel pressured by what others do. Work on it in sections, then be proud of your accomplishments,use those as your Inspiration to continue on.

Hello friend! Thank you so much for your kind comment! I do feel that people get very overwhelmed with the concept of spring cleaning. I think if we have the right mindset and we think of it as a fresh start, and a time to rejuvenate our homes and our lives it takes on a whole different meaning. I definitely am someone who wants to get everything done right away and take it off of my mental/physical checklist, but sometimes being the turtle is much better than being the rabbit! I was happy to get the kitchen done, and I do feel a great sense of accomplishment! I have more areas that I want to tackle, but unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, they aren’t going anywhere! Lol!
As they say, God willing, and the crick don’t rise. I will be back to 100% in no time! Thank you so much for being here and being such a great friend to me! I hope you have a relaxing, joyous weekend!

Good morning DeDe. I’m so glad you are feeling better. I sure did miss you last week. Kitchen looks great! For me, since I have one week off, I’m going to dedicate one day and do the things on my list. I don’t want spend my whole vacation cleaning. What I have been doing is adding a few of my deep clean things to either my Saturday cleaning or nightly routine. So this way it’s not to much. So we shall see how this goes. I love that rectangular light in your kitchen, but you are right. It’s too big for that area. It def need pendants. That’s an easy fix. I hope you continue to feel better and I hope to see you next week. 😘
Happy spring break friend! I think your spring cleaning plan sounds perfect! You will get some things accomplished which will make you feel good, but you’re saving some time to enjoy your break! I can’t imagine your deep cleaning will be that much since you keep an immaculate house all of the time! 🤗 PS nice to know that you feel the same way about the light fixture! Great minds think alike I guess! Enjoy your break!!
