I am familiar with Jian Ghomeshi and I like his voice and his perspective. However, I have a question. My question is since our country Iran is invaded by some Mollahs like Taliban, why should we be so concerned about other country like Ukraine? we have our own problems for past 43 years, which nobody seriously supporting and guiding our people or lobbying or advocating for our own people. This is the reason we are all immigrated all around the world and we have no country of our own. Every year Iranian are getting killed by current regime more than Ukrainian. I know we don't have a good history with Russia, but we should think about freeing our country. I think you should focus your effort in that direction. During world war 2 Charles de Gaulle won the war with only one radio. So if people like you with influence and character focus more to advocate and free our country "Iran" than spending your time on other countries problem, we would have freed our country long ago. No wonder people like Bill Maher don't want to waist his time on other country's problem rather than their own. We shouldn't get into something that we have no hands and benefit.

My empathy goes out to you all Iranians. Lots of us, Canadians, are JUST learning the truth about you ....more people are waking up... And, I agree, phuk Ukraine and this ponsy game.
