Here’s a tip for anyone using the acronym… Add an extra F in with the acronym to make ICEFFLAGS. The additional F is featureless terrain/black hole. It’s still missing runway width illusions but the double F in the acronym helps me to remember everything better. Thanks for the video Jason!
Eustachian tube its part of the inner ear but doesnt have nothing to do with spatial disorientation.Eustachian tube equilize differents pressure from the inner ear with outside pressure.Probably you are talking about the semicircular tube inside of the inner ear and the deflection of the cupola caused by the fluids inside of the semicircular tube.
Eustachean tube connects the middle ear with the pharynx , it’s main function is to equalise the middle ear pressure with the atmospheric pressure , in case of its dysfunction this lead to negative ear pressure as a consequence you might get vertigo called pressure vertigo
Or runway width illusion or atmosphere illusion or ground lighting illusion or featureless terrain illusion. AIM 8-1-5 but ICEFLAGS are for spatial disorientation. Runway illusion is a visual illusion.

baby Jason
His tone sounds like his friends dared him to make a dumb video and hes about to burst out laughing
Coriolis refers to the vestibula apparatus and a conflict between the semicircular canals (Endolymph conflict in the semicircular canals and cochlea)

yea he confused that with the semicircular canals.
Ok that’s what I was wondering. He misspoke then.

It’s the fluid in the semicircular canals, not the eustachain tube.
thanks Jason
thanks!! very good!
Ugh so much to learn :(
Do you like Aeroguard?
U commented this 4 years ago😂
**Fluid in the semi circular canals.
Where's the runway illusion ?

Black-hole approach illusion
