July 9th 2022, the creator of this video, Tony Mines, has sadly passed away due to cancer... I thank him for bringing so many masterpieces to our world...
😢
May he rest in peace.
Awww that's sad. Rip good sir
RIP, he made a hell of a video
I'm very glad to have found his masterpiece and share my condolences. May he grace Heaven with more excellent videos.
247 people's mother was a hamster and their fathers smelt of elderberry
247 people had to cut down the mightiest tree in the forest with a herring.
Now it’s 271
273 people are silly
Very silly indeed
I fart in their general direction
this is such a classic! i remember the first time i saw this on the DVD and i thought it was the cutest thing ever. great homage to the Python crew too.
i love how they managed to caricature the Pythons in lego form, plus the dead parrot sketch makes a cameo :D
We're Knights of the Round Table.
We dance whene'er we're able.
We do routines and chorus scenes
With footwork impeccable.
We dine well here in Camelot.
We eat ham and jam and spam a lot.
We're Knights of the Round Table.
Our shows are formidable,
But many times we're given rhymes
That are quite unsingable.
We're opera mad in Camelot.
We sing from the diaphragm a lot.
In war we're tough and able,
Quite indefatigable.
Between our quests we sequin vests and impersonate Clark Gable.
It's a busy life in Camelot.
I have to push the pram a lot!
On second thought let's not go to Camalot. It is a silly place.
@Alex Wright Yep, bang on the money!!
On second thought let’s not go to Camelot! It is a silly place!
Huh, I thought the last line was "I have to push a tremala"
I remember showing my nephew this and him giggling happily, when he was tiny.
He's 20 now O_O.
"It's only a model."
"Shhh."
Hahahahahahahaha.
I saw this on the special edition DVD!
Where is it? Never found it on my DVD :/
+Walamonga 1313 Should be in the Special Features on the second DVD.
I DID TOO
Yes it is I own it!!
I have it too!
Sixteen years and this is still a miracle.
I remember watching this when I was 7 years old in 2007, that was cool.
And 6 years old in 2006 too.
Same
@@diarmuidmaddock time flies fast, man.
@@THEDARKKNIGHTXTDK it truly does. Respect ✊
How the hell did they get the animation so smooth? Totaly awesome.
SIMPLY INCREDIBLE! It was so much like the actual movie. It worked so beautifully and i would love to see the whole movie done like that.
I really love how instead of having the guy kick a cat like he did in the film, you had the parrot gag.
Classic
Saw this long ago and it is still a masterpiece to this day.
"on second thought, let's not go to camelot. tis a silly place."
"aye."
LOL
A trip down memory lane... has it already been so long? Damn.
Wow, amazing, the whole sequence! Particularly liked the tribute to the parrot sketch, great work!!
Lego actually approved of this? Huh didn't know that.
There should be an official lego set
@@anon9579 I 100% agree
They even let the production have access to prototype and unreleased pieces. Hence why you've never seen any if their tunics anywhere nor sir Bedeveres visor.
They did! 😃 I remember this being a bonus video on the DVD. 😄
Aa someone who loved both Monty Python And The Holy Grail and LEGOs as a kid, seeing this on the Special Features blew my goddamn mind. God Bless whoever made this, as well as the person who decided to put it on the DVD.
This never gets old x')
nostalgia :')
Me, a German boy. 11 years old. Looking for some lego stopmotion videos. Discovered this. Didn't know what Monty Python was until then. Became a huge Monty Python Fan. Thank you so much! 27 now. Time is passing by so quickly, lads.
Привет=)
Можешь оценить мою анимацию, я только начинаю снимать
As a former Lego collector, I love it!!!
2018 somebody?
This is video of my childhood. Memories . . . :)
But it is a model. It's Lego.

I remember seeing this on the Lego website years ago!
I'm not sure what could be better than the combination of Legos and Monty Python but YAY! Brilliant.
It IS a Silly Place! : )
Hello from the future! This still has a permanent, dedicated shelf in my brain.
LOL I've always been a big Monty Python fan, and Holy Grail is my favorite. This is hilarious ... the skeleton cracked me up!
This is the best video i have ever seen in my entire life. I wish my dad was still alive to see this, he would absolutely lose it.
i was acutally very surprised and impressed with the helmet drum fill, you did very well with that part.
Thank you 3am youtube algorithm, id actually forgotten this existed
Ok RUclips recommended me this now?
One of the first videos I watched as a little kid with my dad, what a memory.
that part where the guy claps his hands in the dungeon is the absolute best part of the movie
Curse those sudden but inevitable 249 dislikes!
249 French people
272 :(
They all got sacked!
0:53 ...... best part in the movie
For anyone who doesn't see the significance of the parrot (in place of the cat), it's a homage to the "Dead Parrot" sketch (which was also done by the Monty Python team).
This is one of the best brick films I’ve seen especially for 2006 standards
"On second thought, let's not go to Camelot. It is a silly place."
That's gotta be one of the funniest lines in the movie!!!
Dam u RUclips algorithm, 14 years too late
