    I’ve been watching AI agency videos for years and most of them talk about the theory and concepts but rarely show the actual process and framework. This video is great, thank you!

    Great video.
    1. Does your definition of “project” map to the design joy “request” model? If so, would it make sense to have a mini- kick off for every new request but follow the exact same flow you described? It always feels like a short synchronous discussion is usually higher ROI than a client trying to communicate a new request requirements & scope async

    wow, a great video Nick. Thank you !!!! Small question about the payment, what happens if they don't pay you, they are holding all the credentials to the accounts and can change them immediately leaving you with empty hands.

    • @nicksaraev
      @nicksaraev  4 месяца назад +5

      Stuff like this does certainly happen every now and then. But generally I find that people, clients or otherwise, prefer to operate in good faith. If you don't give your client a reason to hate you (i.e you do a good job, you're communicative, you accurately represent your timelines, and you don't lie) likelihood of a catastrophic falling out is probably less than 1%. Knowing this, don't focus on the 1% bad, focus on the 99% good!

    For SOP creation, do you find the higher friction of Google Docs a benefit? People draft docs in Notion or Monday but it feels like they inherently have less permanence in these tools

    • @nicksaraev
      @nicksaraev  4 месяца назад

      It's lower friction actually! Google Docs is universally understood and you can share one in < 5 sec. Tbh the platform is not very important, you can use whatever you want (Notion, ClickUp, etc). I just default to Docs because it's free

    Awesome video, is there any room to ask for referrals based on contacts they have in non-parallel industries?

    • @nicksaraev
      @nicksaraev  2 месяца назад +2

      Definitely-my $0.02 would be to do this a strategic points where the customer feels a sense of reciprocity. I.e after a particularly great progress update or delivery.
      I also like making it clear from day one that I'm looking to work with them long-term and that I want to do *such* a good job for them that they'll refer me to everyone they know (I explicitly say stuff like this) and I find that makes the ask a lot easier later on.
      Hope this helps 🙏

    Great breakdown Nick! Question, when e2e testing, are you running tests on your own accounts?
    What’s the best way to e2e without creating too much noise in the clients CRM, for example?
