I just checked and these two are suppose to be speedstingers/ stingers. Believe it or not, they are one of the three dragons that are originally made for the show. The others are egg biters and Gobsuckers.

Wait...the prostetic is on the wrong leg! I just notticed that.
It's his left leg that is prostetic, not the right leg. You put on a great show and then you mess up that one little detail
