Housing in Kenya shocks me. This house is really amazing, but at $6M without a tennis court and a swimming pool? Looks ridiculous to me. Those are standard facilities at $3M in downtown LA

Looks like a tech startup office with mzugu boss, but would still buy

The ground floor is not homely, it looks more of a basement than a home. The sitting room would have been better if placed immediately after the main entrance, then push the office and everything else attached to it where the sitting room is. To make it even better the other two kitchens lining to the front on the left side be eliminated and allow the sitting room to take up the space from right to left, with "bottom to ceiling" windows to allow in more natural light. The kitchen would also be more homely if open to the sitting area also unlike to the family area alone. The floating staircase would have been better if moved near to the now moved office and occupy one side of the ground floor not the centre.

Beautiful house. Almost everything feels well thought out except the pool. It's rooftop design feels rushed unlike the rest of the house. It would have looked better if they had it in the backyard. Otherwise it's great. Thanks for sharing @Priter Homes
