It is no exaggeration to say that this should be the best villa project I have seen in Nairobi in the past six months. 110m for 700Sq.m, that's 157k/Sq.m, lots of apartment projects' prices are way higher than that in Nairobi. I've been to the elegant home/s , it blew me away . I loved the idea that one has a private lift within which runs from the basement to the top floor.
This means that even if one is incapacitated or has a member who is abled differently, they don't have to be worried also during old age when stairs becomes a struggle one can still love normally and enjoy the full facilities in one's home .

This is one of the most beautiful homes I have seen in Kenya. Yani the attention to detail is on point. Looks like the developers built homes they would live in. The only negative thing is that the homes are too close to one another.

I have always been turned off by three story homes which put the master bedroom on the second floor instead of the third floor. Looks like I have finally found a developer who understands the importance of privacy. Having the master bedroom on the top floor just gives you so much privacy that cannot be attained at any other level of the hse. Most developers in Kenya don't do what this one has. The best Villa I have seen so far.

I have seen homes before, mansions and villas, BUT I have not seen anything close to this. This is what money can get you...life and more life.
House may be modern contemporary but interior/exterior design is 💯💯💯 As always, props to this guy's shooting, editing and mixing. No host necessary. The audience sees what it wants to see, not what it is directed to see. Keep up the good work.

The lack of green spaces in many of these new projects continue to disappoint. Beautifully designed and appointed home but again, no privacy with your neighbor right on top of you… for this much money. I’ll keep looking.
I also wish there was more space between houses and more green but I also understand that if that's what I want I should go and buy my own land and build my own house. You should probably do the same cz criticizing won't change the developers perspective.

Believe me it's worse. The video gives it more credibility than it deserves. I'll definitely take the Silver Decks apartments in Spring Valley over this one for 50M less yet they are the same size. For the record, I've been to both and Silver Decks feels more premium than this! This is Villa Lavender on 52 Mzima Springs Road and it's not worth the asking price!

Love your uploads, I've watched them religiously for more than a year now. Please if its not asking much. 2 soundtracks for all of them. Really. There is good royality free Afro deep house if that's what your going for that will be appealing to both the local and the foreigner. Your selling a lifestyle an experience where luxury meets comfort in the African landscape. Music is essential if you need help on the right soundtracks reach out am vast in different international and African sounds.

I love it 😍😍,the choice of decor is great tho some pieces are not my taste, love the choice of tiles and fixtures no expense was spared.. however the tiles in the laundry are an accident waiting to happen they're too glossy for a wet area..but that pantry I feel was poorly designed.Glad it comes with a lift coz those are too many steps🙄... however they're kinda over priced considering your too close to the neighbors,no pool 😭😭😭.but with the limited space it looks well utilized like back garden even tho the neighbours are over looking you.The foyer is giving boutique hotel vibes love the master bath luxurious..But what happened to the no furniture upstairs??

To be honest, the decor is too much and it's making the house feel cluttered. In my opinion, if they used minimalistic furniture am sure this house would look bigger, feel open and airy. Apart from that it's an amazing project.
