Love the little kid getting a glance in the card.
Gotta be your best video. Now let's see a vintage minibike restoration! We rarely get to see that from anyone. Thanks again for the nice video. Later
I just bought an old flathead engine that is seized with no oil in the crankcase, ill do a video restoration on that.
This event looked like a blast. I wish I could have been there.
Loved the video, please do more mini bike races and mini bike videos in general!
Thanks, Grant. I really enjoyed the video.
I need to make an appointment to get my bike washed. Great video.
Way cool man liked it all. Definitely want to see the mini bike racing.
Love this vid. I think its one of your best so far. I like that you show us allot of content.
thanks i appreciate it.
This video was awesome
Great video
What could be better? You've got Harleys- mini's & chicks. Only thing missing is BBQ & beer.👍👍
that was there too :-)
I'd love a video on the different sizes of torque converters. And how to tune them. Where to buy parts etc.
Yes I'll be interested in racing and everything that you're covering perfect and detail keep up the good work I guess this is an old video I'm just watching it for the first time this is February 2022 thanks looking forward the summer of catching up with your guys somehow or another do some racing from Maryland
Love mini bikes!
thanks
Minibikes are back
It was good grant..more ladies next time!..lol
You guys need some soft drag slicks on that pavement lol
Damn the only thing that sounds worse than a worthless HD is one with a rev limiter, that thing should get chopped up and turned into a chainsaw immediately or just recycled into a box of nails so it can do something beneficial.
haha yeah that is kind of annoying, but better that dropping a valve
Good stuff!
What size was the rear tire on that drag bike?
According to the calculator im using it would have to be a 20" wheel and spinning at 8k rpm to get 72.8 mph with a 13t in front and 85t in the rear.
yeah i didnt ask what cam he was using, but the green bike there in the race went above 10k rpm, so 75 mph is definitely possible.
@@KartFab Its easily possible, I've seen one do 108 here on youtube. But its highly unlikely he was doing 75 with the sprocket sizes he had. If that was a 14" tire and hes hitting 12k is the only way. But thats also without drag factored in which is going to drop it alot. He would probably have to be spinning at more like 14k.
But I loved that green one. Im almost done building one that looks alot like it.
Here is a link to the calculator Im using if anyone is curious what their bike could potentially do.
www.csgnetwork.com/minibikepotentialspeedcalc.html
tire is 18" and 75 mph is definitely possible. I didn't see exactly what he was running but you can easily turn 8500 on these engines, even with a moderate cam like a .308 cam. Its easy to call BS until you see it in person. Hopefully that guy will show up to a drag race in the future so we can see what his top speed is.
@@KartFab I really wasn't trying to call bs on the guy hence why my first question was asking what the tire size was, its just simple math. With a 18" tire all the numbers work out, and it is indeed easily possible. And at the same time it would be impossible otherwise. I just had never seen or heard of a Toyota Corolla size tire on a mini bike before.
@@rdooski haha yeah its a huge rear tire. So here is an update, there is actually going to be a drag race with time slips in june and this guy is going. I will see if i can make it as well. I get where you are coming from though, there are so many people out there with a stock or near stock bike that claim high hp and high mph numbers with nothing to back it up.
I like it. I'm a little upset with myself tho, I laughed too hard at the air filter titanic scene, how embarrassing!! 😆 keep it up man!! Kill All Tires!!!!
haha i get bored when editing. That guy was a crazy good rider. Any chance if i gave you some dimesnions and a bolt pattern that you could make a little "wheel spacer for one of my mini bikes? Im trying to convert to rear disc brake on a 10" rim. how much would you charge for that roughly?
@@KartFab my email is mike@moto-mule.com send me a note and maybe a sketch. We'll figure something out.
When we getting a dyno run on the stroker big block?
When I rebuild engine. Drone into some heavy rain in a race and washed out the cylinder
@@KartFab damn that sucks!! I got that 356 cam btw😉
Why is red b not here
Y dident u race there?
raced but didnt get it on camera. I missed the first race
👍👍👍👍👍
Dude has massive sliders on his bike so it won't hurt the bike if he lays it down.
Just the way it is dont change a thing?...?...
I DON'T CARE FOR THE BURN OUTS.
First comment
No offense but know one cares tbh
😂😂😂😂 burn !!!!
