ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I'm super picky with my purchases and very picky with spiderman anyway. That being said this is the coolest Spiderman figure I've seen and had in years.

I got this figure a couple of weeks ago and really like it, although it's quite simple and doesn't have a lot of bonus stuff with it you can do some pretty cool poses with the figure

I think it's a fun figure that's why we collect figures and I think this Spiderman figure is good if you are a Spidey fan it's a must buy in My opinion. Any retro Spidey body is a must for me. Till they improve better.

I think I'm going back for this one. I am friends with David of Model Behavior and I came up with an idea to do some kind of Custom or Character very loosely based on a Marvel version. I came up with a British Secret Service Agent, 003, based on the last 3 digits of my card, that was 6 cards ago. I have him as a Bond type, investigating AIM in Brazil. He gets captured by AIM and, for a 'Death Trap' he is tossed into a pit full of Radioactive Chemicals and deadly Wandering Spiders who are like either the deadliest or second deadliest Spider on Earth. He is bitten many times, but instead of dying, the Chemicals combined with the Venom turn him into 'Spider Shot'! Instead of webbing he has modified 9mm pistols in his costume. Spider powers plus Bond skills and hidden gadgets! So, that's my idea to expand the Spider-Verse!

The eyes on this reminds me of Gomez the roach from Mezco.
It looks cool when posed in different positions but when it’s just upright, it looks really awkward.
I wish they upgrade that neck articulation. I really hate that notch.
We should start calling it the ‘Dwight neck’ and maybe if it gets a vocal connection to the guy who keeps making the same bad decision he might change it.
It’s easily the second worse neck joint in action figure history, right behind a simple swivel.

I think the blast effects came from the recent Wonder-Man. They went on his waist like some kinda rocket boosters.
Is there a difference between Retro and RYV? Other than the pinless and toe joints? Like if a spidey is pinless but it doesn't have the toe joints isn't it just RYV without the toes?
They are full on different sculpts. RYV is bulkier body sculpt.
The 💥 are the same one that came with the black widow ml(I think😎)

I got this figure like 3 weeks ago. The articulation was mid but then i put in a bowl of hot water and now the articulation is great. And i also love this design, honestly so bad ass. I recommend.

This Scarlet Spider is the best figure in a few waves hands down, and Hallow's Eve is nice as well, you need her for Chasm!
