Thanks to my bitch of an Ex, my whole Spider-Man collection was destroyed and I lost my favourite figure, which was the Scarlet Spider from the Rhino BAF wave. After that I thought it wasn't worth trying to collect Spider-Man figs again... until I saw this figure. I think Scarlet Spider will always be my favourite character from Spider-Man's long gallery of heroes and villains and this figure is absolutely incredible. Full credit to Hasbro, I think this is THE BEST Scarlet Spider figure we'll see for a very long time
@JohnnyBlaze_616 She thought it was a good idea to throw my whole collection away before I could get to the house to clear my stuff out. I tried to find out where she threw them away but she wouldn't say.
It's crazy how some had a lot of gripes about this one...and when it's in your hand, this thing seems just crazy. I was on the fence but I think you just reassured me. Since it's the Renew Your Vow body...I won't be disappointed.
I did not read a lot of Ben Reilly stuff, but picked up a graphic novel for him. Loved him in Across the Spider-verse and there's something great about his costume.
Oh man, this is awesome! I got this figure in a month or so ago (somehow distribution was good in Ireland for once?), I haven't opened it yet. I'm so happy to see you enjoying the figure, can't wait to add this guy to my Spidey shelf. Great work as always!
Great video! I'm also waiting on my soft goods for this guy! One preference I have for this figure is the shape of the feet on the old version but the toe hinge makes up for it lol

I'll admit, this is an awesome take Scarlet Spider figure by Marvel Legends. Last week, Hasbro Pulse announced they're releasing the new Superior Spider-Man figure later this year along with the new Ms. Marvel figure in her original suit, Astonishing Wolverine, the Luke Cage and Iron Fist Two pack, Skaar, and the Ghost Rider Danny Ketch figure with his hell cycle. also, I just watched ShartimusPrime's video reveal for the Walmart Exclusive Marvel Legends Spider-Man Retro 85th anniversary Venom figure. Marvel Legends is going hard with these figures, Man. I already have 8 figures. Havok, MCU Steve Rogers from the Captain America 2-pack that my brother ordered on Amazon because he has Sam Wilson, Ultimate Captain America, X-Men 97 Wolverine, X-Men 97 Magneto, the incredible Hulk #1 2-pack of Bruce Banner and Grey Hulk, and Vulcan.
I do only have the 2022 retro carded The Sensational Spider-Man Ben Reilly but I might have to try to get this Scarlet Spider despite him causing the whole clone saga drama for everyone, Overall, Fantastic review D Amazing.

I wish that the swivel calf was a little bit lower, around the ankle pouches, so that poses will be more natural.

If you have a ultra stiff joint on a figure put it into some boiling hot water for a few seconds, it should loosen right up :)
