I wish more people followed and heard and followed him blindly. I started my fitness journey following him. You’re honest, transparent and underrated bro
Thank you. I started running a year ago and I’m up to five to seven hours a week three days a week. Just started working on my upper body. I can only do assisted pull-ups at this time but I keep trying. This looks interesting as well. I’m 68 years old.
I am a beginner and i searched alot on the yt and didn't find someone who conseder the beginners that much in his program more than you ... Thanks alot and please Keep it up
I'd love stuff like this where it is more of a walkthrough of the whole workout rather than teach a few moves and then do it yourself. I'm a complete beginner and want to get into calisthenics, but building a routine is so much nicer when you can do it alongside the expert.
This content is very helpful. Taking small steps in difficulty is definitely the way forward for me. Pelvic and hamstring tightness is my biggest challenge right now.
So glad I found this channel, 6 months over 40 and starting to see my body going out of shape. These tutorial videos are gonna be boss to help me 💪🏼👊🏼 Do you have any good lunch time meals that are quick n easy
Thank you for a very profound explanation of a details of calisthenics. I'm 50 and I'm extreme newbie. I have an experience of weightlifting but calisthenics is a different level of body training. I would like to know how often body needs to workout in a week to progress. For example there is a simple rule for a beginner and intermediate bodybuilder is to train every group of muscles twice a week. How about calisthenics? And I really like the Idea you start to teach basics like lesson 1 lesson 2 etc. If you make a week training Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fr, etc, I could workout watching your videos every week until I'll be ready for next more advanced training.
Beginner content leads to more xpert exercises though coming to buy the course. I’m on it, I like the way you explain and how the exercises are explained. Keep it up!
Hi Adam, Mate your videos are awesome, thanks for taking the time to show us Noobs the correct way to start our calisthenics journey, gym membership be dammed.
I ve decided to start this new way of workout….lm a beginner lazy on exercises lol….please i encourage you to follow through all the days coz l m following up…can t wait to see the difference.lm new to callisthenics….😮…txs so much for putting them for us❤❤..Esther from kenya
“For beginners” Thumbnail is handstand push ups 😭😭 love the content bro I’ve been working out alongside the videos and you do a great job of giving no excuses and motivation 💪🏾💪🏾
Hi Adam... loved the video as usual.. bu cannot find Day 3.. as I thought there'd be a link at the end of the Day 2 video. 🤔.. or Day 4 if u have done this, too?! 🤩 Cheers for now... Steve .. London, UK.
Hey adam I m currently 14 year old training since 4 months but still want a complete 7 day workout plan which I can repeat every week for lifetime and become fitter and stronger each week . Basically I want a complete calisthenics routine suitable for beginner means for then one who cant do 15 plus pushup and hardly 2 pull ups or dips for a week including when to rest, how to do calisthenics without any equipment and plzzzz make workout less than 30 minutes each day . Also 1 more request plzz include warm-ups and stretching. Waiting for yr nxt 7 calisthenics videos ❤❤
Hi Adam, Thanks a lot for those beginner videos, just started as a beginner to use them but i wonder if i should combine all of those beginner videos into one workout session or make each session as is each different day?
To be honest, This is actually a beginner video for me …. Note : after doing all sorts of push ups for months , Then You can start doing things like this For my Level, This is very very helpful.. trust
As you asked, Adam, re any ideas, etc...how about a week's worth of food prep, or meals per day, to accompany your new Beginners videos, please? 😮 As we all know that an excellent Cali fitness program starts and finishes in the kitchen. 😊 Much obliged. Steve, London. UK.
I'm just starting... literally. I've only done 3 cal workouts. PLEASE, add the mobility/ flexibility training that would be best paired with each exercise. The stiffness in my body is keeping me from the simplest of movements. So those two things are what I'm focusing on at the moment.
Started to do some basic calisthenics workouts a few weeks ago. What you show fits to where I wanna go. But currently, I'm done after the first session. Second session is max 1 or 2 reps and I break. I think this is partly because your video focused on shoulder only. A little more variance would be helpful to not feel like a complete fool :D
Hi, due to a motorcycle wreck, I do not have full range of motion in my right arm. I can still do push-ups, pull-ups & other exercises, I just had to adapt. So....my form is obviously not perfect compared to others. Please advise.
Curious about your diet. I have switched to carnivore for the past 3 months. Dropped 27 lbs and subcutaneous belly fat is the last area I need to drop.
I tried the push of the floor but I have no explosion not an inch of the floor soon as is push my palm is back ground lol will this improve over time with consistency ?
I just try to do this I amage to complete it, oh my fkn god!. I'm half dead now, might have to call siick tomorrow to work😅. Not gonna lie I almost sht myself😂😅😅😅
Doesn't matter what I say because people will doubt regardless but yes. I'm the most natty you'll find. I don't even take protein or pre-workout. All natural sources of body optimization.
You have no reference point for what "beginner" means to people that aren't already in even okay shape. And you assume a ton about a "beginners" mobility! And the fact that most people going into this probably have some serious disparities in strength varying for one muscle group to the next that will promote injury!
This is beginner "calisthenics" guys, not beginner fitness. In order to start with calisthenics you need to have some basic abilities to move your bodyweight. If you're super beginner in fitness and cannot yet do a pushup, I'd suggest starting elsewhere. I'll make videos on this in the future.
Adam, where's day three, we need this series going man
I wish more people followed and heard and followed him blindly. I started my fitness journey following him. You’re honest, transparent and underrated bro
Absof....inlutely

More beginner content please, especially how to program and how to start when someone can’t do a pull-up nor a push-up. Thanks a lot
Agree 100%
I second this
Definitely in depth content and I definitely agree, more for newbies
If you can’t do an exercise, try doing the negative portion , slowly, of that exercise. It’s a great way to build up strength.
Looking forward to day 3

Can I get shredded abs like yours just by watching your videos repeatedly in deep focus ( and oh boy have I done this!)
😍
I'm just starting... literally. I've only done 3 cal workouts.

How many times per week do you recommend doing it for visible results?
3 ep pls❤❤❤❤❤
Can we have absolute beginner training videos which we can use every week. So a weekly program we just do week in week out to work entire body.
That's what my Project Shred program is.. AND it includes diet and lifestyle tips. Check it out!
very good series but just one question, the time between every set of every exercise is always 60 seconds? thanks and keep going 🔥
That's a good starting point although when u go to failure u may need 90 seconds to recover
thanks for the tip man, I'll use it
What a beautiful man!
When can i see day 3 ?
Just asking, but what to do when he is preparing for new videos and there is now new video and you are already caught up ? Do you repeat?
keep it up!
I like this
First ❤❤❤
Im a bit confused since the handstand is very important in calisthenics do I need to incorporate it into day 1
I tried the push of the floor but I have no explosion not an inch of the floor soon as is push my palm is back ground lol will this improve over time with consistency ?

Doesn't matter what I say because people will doubt regardless but yes. I'm the most natty you'll find. I don't even take protein or pre-workout. All natural sources of body optimization.
@@adam_frater k thanks man good to know that i can achieve good results if i try hard enough, im currently 15 and trying to get in good shape
My problem is with push upp😢
I want to loose some belly fat and get my lungs working
So this is for beginners but already fit, to start something new.. totally unfit and or overweight beginners cannot do many of these..

Kinda agree. It'd be insanely difficult for a beginner, to the point this should be seen as intermediate level.
