The midsole is in the inside of the shoe, (internal midsole) and it's phylon with zoom inside of that.

Guys don't go true to size with these, I can go a full size up. True to size won't leave your toes enough room, you have to curl your toes to fit

Foams are good to play with before I play in them I wear them in the rain so it’s not as stiff
