I love everything about this song, it drew me into It Shoulda Been You, it's utter perfection, and Sierra performs it so well, as she does for everything, but particularly this song
Can someone explain to me when she is doing with her "L"s at the end of words? E.g. "The harder it gets to tehhhh them". She does it in Phantom too ("Angehh of music") and I am dying to figure out the reason. I have been taking voice lessons for nearly a decade and I have never heard another singer do this or heard a teacher recommend it. Is she doing it on purpose or is it a speech impediment? (No judgment if it is!) I'm just so curious.
awwwwww i was there for this!! it was super special because this song helped me accept myself. sierra is the sweetest too!
Sierra Boggess is a literal goddess. I LOVE her voice so much. The vulnerability in this performance makes me emotional.

I love this musical so much! The one bit that always gets me is ‘the more they’ve the right to condemn’
I loved It Shoulda Been You and of course I loved your Rebecca! Wish it had been around longer as it was such an amazing message!! Wonderful music! :)

Is this a ballad or uptempo?
