What this shows me is that there was some homies from the Mob/Piru set that accepted Pac as a homie, as one of their own. Even though he was only with them for 11 months. Shows what type of effect he had on people, even real gangsters from Compton. Yes, and I understand that not all accepted him, such as Mob James etc. But like Tre said, those who knew him loved him. Interesting, because this is extremely rare in gang culture, and especially to accept a celebrity. So, I do believe Pac either felt he was a Blood, or he felt so indebted to them that he took it up on himself to react to Orlando's presence at the MGM Grand.

In 1996 I went to Compton Court with Tray and Terry Ru from the Mob they both Claim Pac as a homie from the Mob Rick James from fruit Town was the first Piru I heard say Pac was from the Mob. So when Mob James was saying he wasn't from the Mob I knew he was jealous of Pac and didn't want to give him he's credit.
I'm a Pac fan. I do have to say for someone to claim Bay Area and then fuck with Crip and put on Piru Blood after that, sound like some flip flop not just set hopp'in but ranking out shit. I guess some ppl can get away with it and others can't.
