@@NoLineNoWait123AbC My point is Tupac was going around telling the world Biggie was broke like he was feeding the nigga whole family... Paying niggas $50??? 😭 🤣 More proof that Pac was 🤥 🧢
What I get from this is Tupac probably thought “these guys want to go on their own so they don’t need my help or direction anymore so ima leave them alone so they can do them” but they still blame 2Pac when even he said Pac was emotional! Meaning Pac didn’t want them going alone just yet because they were new to the rap game because they would be taken advantage of and history taught them that they shouldn’t of tried going solo. PAC was hurt because he was bringing them up and once they got a little taste, they wanted their own bite. This just proves Pac was one of a kind.
They had the right to do what they did and Pac had the right to feel how he did. Pac was probably 22 or 23 at that time, of course he didn’t see the big picture for them. He wanted to provide what they attempted to provide for themselves. Pac getting judged off of 25 years of life. It’s been 20 years since I was 25 years old. Total different person and perspective now.
He saw his bigger picture for them. They saw their own bigger picture. He admitted in hindsight they should've been patient and let pac do it how he saw fit. But at the same time they were grown men with mouth's to feed so it's understandable why they chose to go the way they went
I’m not sure of the adjustment rate between ‘94 and today but $100 split between two grown men…who were used to getting money anyway had to be less than crumbs! 🤣🤣 But at the same time a true hustler would’ve just milked the opportunity and found a way to expand it especially if they were already getting money. Maybe it was a test. The story is probably way deeper and with Pac going through all the bs in ‘95 when he got out his trust level was at zero!
@@corysmith4293 That's because Tupac was too emotional when it came to personal shit to communicate properly. He had daddy issues and he took it out on those he perceived (whether right or wrong) doing "wrong to him" just like his father.

A lot of people won't say but big stretch backstabbing Tupac is a real story. Big stretch lied about the quad studioo about Tupac not getting shot 5 times and also conveyed messages from the enemy to Tupac. R.i.p to the dead but he was bitch nigga.
Pac was great artist but he wasn't a great businessman and that's only because he didn't really understand ownership and that's a major problem within hip-hop culture brother's and sister's now knowing their worth and understanding the ins and the outs of the game
you sound ignorant, the group only sold one album that went gold. they did not make money. tupac was paying for everything, travel, food, hotel room. the only good rapper besides pac was big syke.
In the Tupac resurrection documentary it showed Pac paystub he was getting $750 a show but he was dancing being a roadie and hypeman so that's probably why he was getting that much but dope interview clip can't wait to see the rest
Rule one in life self preservation. If someone won’t be loyal to them selves that’s technically a weakness. Just as PAC did when he was a Roadie with DU until he could do more. It’s always weird conversations when you gotta boss up or remain were you are. Your true folks are gonna overstand, they may not agree initially but we are all individuals.
@@texacalmusic It's funny when people try to justify dishonorable actions. They just tell on themselves and expose their character. Self preservation has nothing to do with being DISLOYAL. The protection of oneself from harm or death, especially regarded as a basic instinct in human beings and animals is "Self Preservation". Going behind your man's back, a friend who brought you into his opportunity, to except a sidebar deal without his knowledge is a dishonorable thing. Letting him know that the Label was trying to (divide and conquer) offer them a deal and ask what he thought about it was the HONORABLE thing to do. Not having secret meetings and bringing an already written up contract to sign.

I really love the music 2pac did in late 93,94 and early 95. The Thug Life album was classic. Ready 4 whatever song was supposed to be on the album but the record company wouldn't allow it. Bury Me a G and Str8 balling and Out On Bail were some of the best songs 2pac ever recorded. Even the classic song from the movie Above The Rim (Pain) was recorded in late 93 or early 94. The Deathrow 2pac was great but 1994 Tupac was perfect in my opinion.
Yeah, there were no songs for women ('Brenda's Got A Baby'/'Keep Your Head Up') during that period. It was all classic Thug Music. His music before Thug Life was not as hard-hitting and his Death Row music was more polished.
I hear you but The Death Row Pac started in 93. Gun range interview "we bout to sign to Death Row, Thug Life and Death ROW ain't that a bitch". He started officially working with the label and getting influenced by them in 93. Working with Warren G & Nate Dogg. Rumored song with Snoop "Animosity" 93. Hard On A Nigga aka Life's So Hard 94 for Murder Was the Case soundtrack but didn't get used. plus Pac had Daz remake "Only Fear Of Death" & 2 other Stretch produced songs for a Me Against The World tracklist that got scrapped before the official release.
The Me Against The World album is definitely rivaling with AEOM album. A lot of ppl like it better despite the better production when he got to DeathRow. I felt like them songs on MATW had quality soulful production!!
Easier said than done when you responsibility. People don't operate on blind faith. For some reason our people dont get explain the ups and downs that come with the music industry to up and coming artists.

Pac made em split $100 a show and had the nerve to get mad at them for leaving 😂😂
Damn, pac stans are going to find a way to say you're "hating"
Interscope been finessin rappers since its inception
Thug Life y'all know the rules gotta do what you gotta do...STAY TRUE
I loved THUG LIFE VOL 1. This is a hard ass interview Art! I want some more of Macadoshis! 🔥 🔥 🔥
"Always loyalty from day one" then shouts out to snoop and Daz who's been hattin on pac for 20+ years.😂🤦♂️
Daz don’t hate on Pac….
Daz can’t hate because he getting paid of PAC albums to this day
That's his personal relationships with them. There's nothing wrong with shouting someone out. It's not like he has taken a side in anything.
Sound like pac was a control freak
🧢 Alot them had career before meeting pac 😑
The communications between them wasn’t good, that’s why you have songs like “fuck all y’all “ 😂 lol in 94
@@corysmith4293
That's because Tupac was too emotional when it came to personal shit to communicate properly. He had daddy issues and he took it out on those he perceived (whether right or wrong) doing "wrong to him" just like his father.
A 25 year old today . Wouldn’t pay anybody no $100 . It’s a different concept of business ethics among young blacks now. Plus that with texting and internet , that info would have got out so fast he woulda had to chop out more .
Now it make sense! When big Syke asked for a hundred dollars at the end of check out time!😂
😆 🤣 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂100!!!
He said he didn't have no more money 😅
This channel should be called the art of Tupac

THUG LIFE classics were Shit don't stop , From the cradle to the grave, and Straight ballin...🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Egos of members in THUGLIFE too big for Tupac to mentor. So he focused on The Outlawz. I noticed that too in Outlawz, Tupac always had the most energy. It was clear he spearheaded the Outlawz.
True
Rip PAC ❤I love you Harlem Brother😢❤ nyc forever I love nyc rappers like pac Camron the Dipset
I always wondered why Pac said " I killed thug life and gave birth to the outlaws"...😢
Same! I was thinking because of the Stretch backstabbing & Biggie stop shouting "Thug Life"!
Exactly he was carrying equipment and all that
He probably didn’t get start out at $750, if he did it was probably because he was signed to Interscope on the solo tip
@@prophecy9521 good analogy
We really need a mini-series on 2Pac’ life instead of all this “Power” and “BMF” bullshit
It's a betrayal because he understands LOYALTY. You don't go make a deal behind your man's back.
Salute, Art... You're getting there.
Back then $100 was a lot of money if looking at like it’s today it’s peanuts. RIP to all of the brothers
It was peanuts back then. No one could live of it unless they were touring 7 days a week.
@@djhaynes99 I’m just talking about the value of $100 dollars. I never said living off $100 I don’t think the video had anything to do with living off $100 but I agree with you
Facts! Having a hundred in 1994 is like 5 o r 6 today
@@EWheels that’s factz
$100 wasn’t shit
The 93-94 2pac was fuckin with Death Row, he's in Cube and Dre's video, he was already around them.
@@OlliWitta3_ facts suge paid 2pac in 94 for the soundtrack on above the rim movie yup they was making moves like hell fr fr
The Me Against The World album is definitely rivaling with AEOM album. A lot of ppl like it better despite the better production when he got to DeathRow. I felt like them songs on MATW had quality soulful production!!
Pac was a gem man! A whole ass gem! He was one loyal moth**f**ker 💕

Going on tour normally costs artist money.
Exactly plus if you're not making your own money independently then you're just relying off of a group
@@juliusjujusurratt9568 tbh bringing underground street affiliated artists on the road is a huge liability. Plus dude was stealing money from the tour by scalping tickets.

Good interview, very honest and humble
Not hating but Thug Life wasn't nothing without Pac.
Exactly
Pac would've been nothing with out the actual real thugs in thug life. Everyone from Biggie to Syke to Stretch to this guy had actual street ties and credentials. Pac was feeding off them. Even Mopreme was a military vet...
Yes and no. Yes from a business standpoint, but from a lyrical standpoint they def held their own on the album. Pac was obviously the star, but the other guys have plenty of quality verses on the album. Cradle To the Grave is an ABSOLUTE masterpiece, the writing on that song was pretty exceptional.
@@FireIceTalon in my opinion yeah thug life was lyrical but the songs didn't hit without pac. Don't get it twisted and Street fame are the least played and talked about songs...... Outlawz on the other hand were more better in my opinion. Dramacydal if you want to call them that. Because that project revenge is sweet was 🔥
@@FireIceTalon Rated R energy was crazy

Thug Life will never die
It’s ironic that the relationship ended as these guys were impatient and signed away from Pac..and a couple of years later that was the same reason people have stated the relationship between Big Syke and Pac ended to. Instead of signing directly under Pac..Syke tried to get a deal directly under Suge
