Hello Amoeba Sisters. I am a high school student watching you from Turkiye. I discovered you while looking for a biology channel on RUclips for the exam I will take this year and I am glad I did. Thanks to your simple and entertaining lectures, I was able to learn many subjects faster than usual. I would like to ask you a favor. Although this feature works well from time to time, it usually does not work very well and inevitably the efficiency I get from the video decreases. If you don't mind, could you please add subtitles in different languages to your videos? I hope you see my message and I didn't bore you. May your success continue. I wish you a good day.

At 2:25 you introduce the mechanism of Gene Mutation, and state some may be harmful, some beneficial, some neutral. This is not just one of several mechanisms in the basket. There is NO scientist in scientific history that would accept this level of improbability in ANY other field/endeavor. I have my degree in Zoology, what people need to keep in mind is that: evolutionary changes within a species = observable, testable science; evolutionary changes into a completely different species = ideological, materialist philosophy. People act like microevolution + time = macroevolution, yet nature trends towards conservatism of the genome rather than innovation, as most random mutation is either outright harmful or completely useless. @@llennzo "Please be respectful". Eh, no. I won't respect a plant pot baselessly criticising a major aspect of science. Wise up with your silly requests.
Are you serious? You know evolution has evidence and it’s something happening. You just wanna believe everything is created by something and dont wanna understand the topics that have a proof
The alleged mechanism is absurd. The bias in this field is so widespread and intractable it is has disqualified it from being a serious scientific endeavor.
Every human has a timestamp on when they were born. Lets use January 1 2000 at 2:07 AM, if you go back in time there has to be a timestamp for the first human. The question now arises what species was the parent of the first human?
In the context of biological evolution, that's a nonsensical question. Every individual organism is the same species as its parents and its offspring. Understanding that takes a lot of prerequisite understanding of biology and a deep dive into the topic of biological evolution.
@@SpeciesPlantarum Your answer is nonsensical answer. And also its not answer at all because your didn't answer the question. You basically said evolution is true because science. I am a scientist, I'm a computer scientist, science is the method of how we do something. If I can understand computer science concepts surely I can understand your make believe fairly tale of animals magically changing into other animals unless of course there a plot holes (like the one I outed in my original comment) that were never thought when making it up.
btw , that tipe of question is like «if you go back in time there has to be a timestamp for the first person speaking spanish. The question now arises of who were the parents of the first Spanish speaker?«
If the lawnmower could hit a grasshopper, it would also hit the soil and ruin the lawn and machine. Most lawnmowers Cut the grass down to at least an inch in height.
I'm pretty sure lawnmowers are designed to draw air and objects up from the ground, not just cut. Otherwise every lawnmower just cuts and leaves all the cut grass and stuff behind. So grasshopper vs. mower blades that both pull them up as well as cut = what you see.
It is preposterous to believe that everything came from nothing, that the elegant laws of physics, chemistry, nuclear reactions and planetary motion, as well as symmetry, order and harmony, sprang from, and that life came from a mixture of chemicals, which eventually spawned intelligence, logic, self-consciousness and morality. Romans 1:19-21 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities-his eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. 21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
Your ignorance of science does not refute that science and bible quotes do not impress us because we know that it was fools and liars who wrote those pages.
Although something can technically come from nothing (it’s a long explanation and I’m too tired to do it all over again), and even if it couldn’t, that wouldn’t indicate a God. Why would the creator/s of the universe have to be conscious. It could literally just be an eternal extra-dimensional field of energy, there are infinite possibilities for what it could be other than a God.

@@luish1498 Thats not how evolution works.
@@mathew3267 how you say «Thats not how evolution works.«
funny , when is you that dont know how evolution works.
Oh wow that was really good simple about Evolution of grow up
If the lawnmower could hit a grasshopper, it would also hit the soil and ruin the lawn and machine.

Romans 1:19-21
19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.
"Something cannot come from nothing." That debunks a creator God, then. Thanks!
feel free to believe in gods--evolution is exhaustively verified
Your ignorance of science does not refute that science and bible quotes do not impress us because we know that it was fools and liars who wrote those pages.
Although something can technically come from nothing (it’s a long explanation and I’m too tired to do it all over again), and even if it couldn’t, that wouldn’t indicate a God. Why would the creator/s of the universe have to be conscious. It could literally just be an eternal extra-dimensional field of energy, there are infinite possibilities for what it could be other than a God.
You contradicted your own religion! Thanks!!
