Sometimes I don't even feel like I have a body and mind, just into the sadhana,

@@a.m.6752 U need to get initiated into Shambhavi mahamudra kriya.For this u have to do Inner Engineering it is a mandatory course.Then inner engineering completion program will take place in which Sadhguru will initiate u into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.These days u can do all this online.
I am thankful that I had my grandfather who had immense knowledge in Vedic shastras and he taught me so much on body and energy. I learned chakra work, meditation since 7 yrs as he used to put me in meditative state in our temple room and close door from behind.

@@MrFuture07 Teach what?? Spirituality is ones own journey. Seekers paths are different. So spirituality is something which can't be taught like ABCD. We are all spiritual beings experincing life so you have equally higher knowledge sleeping inside you. So attune to your soul and make it wakeup. Of course not in a day possible! Through dedicated regular practice, efforts make it happen. I made my soul my guru and started learning from it's direction then I learnt from nature, trees, winds, animals. Everywhere there is learning if you sit silently be one with nature! You gotta choose your path.

Sadhguru has clearly mentioned in the video that we shouldn't be encouraged to do this unless we are regular practitioners of Shambhavi Mahamudra or similar practices and are conscious enough to try it yet it seems to me that you are promoting this with the wrong heading. @@anushka29691 Be careful trying to mix different teachings it will make you very confused. Pick a teacher and follow their teachings for at least 3 months while Journaling. If you don't see any results in anyway then find a new teacher. When you start mixing teachings you end up not understanding what each teacher is saying.

What Sadhguru is explaining or teaching here is very profound, and deeply Spiritual (Mystical) He's right about people misunderstanding and imagining things so he hesitates to expand on these aspects. This "perspective" or "antenna" - we commonly call "radar/detector" here in the modern Western world - Once/also known as ESP or the 6th sense. It is a keen sense of perception that develops after one practices Mindfulness & is Spiritually Awakened to a certain point. There after, one is far more sensitive to one's surroundings, people, and knows or senses certain things that are beyond the 5 senses, logic, or worldly reasoning. True, there tends to be a vivid sense of imagination and much labeling here in the West esp. regarding this, so the less said the better, but those who actually experience it, know exactly what I'm talking about. Basically, through meditation, mindfulness, GOOD INTENTIONS over Good Impressions, you rise above to gain the powers that come from GOOD / GOD!

He talks about karma .. and many things which are part of jyotisha. He accepts emiting energies from stones. Idols. Funny.. he contradicts .. everytime.. but because of his .. fluency in language and the spontaneous
Sadhguru never dismissed jyotish vidya (astrology). What he has said is yogis create their own destiny and don't really in planetary influences. Dissolution of karma and eventually oneself is the very basis of entire spiritual process.
Good job MOW in spreading awareness. You don't need fillers in Sadhguru's vedios at least. It can be irritating. Keep it simple.

The producers of these videos must be white people. Because I can't help but notice that other than the graphics , 99% of the images are of people, are white people. Strange for videos of talks by an Indian Guru. Kind of like with Jesus. "I am white. So Jesus must be white." White people do not make up 99% of the world. And certainly not of humans seeking to expand themselves. Or 99% of yoga practitioners.
I love Sadhguru's teachings.
