The system creates this kind of mess. I saw another video of a lady who worked in a restaurant and rest for 4 hours every day only to afford money for a motel and food. If you get hurt, you are on your own and possibly live in the streets. This is the same for war vets too. Other people end up living in vehicles. Too much greed and privatization is creating this kind of problem.

I read some where that they stopped arresting drug addicts for possession , made it a non crime. So they aren't in prison anymore. Where obviously they would get some kind of help. And anyway this is whats happening now.

The system creates this kind of mess. I saw another video of a lady who worked in a restaurant and rest for 4 hours every day only to afford money for a motel and food. If you get hurt, you are on your own and possibly live in the streets. This is the same for war vets too. Other people end up living in vehicles. Too much greed and privatization is creating this kind of problem.
These people are homeless because they're on drugs. How is that the government's or system's fault? Taking drugs is a personal choice, people or circumstances don't force them into it! 🙄

Good credit and rental history, adequate income to pay rent are what should be the requirements. But this business of only allowing very high income earners to rent from them is bs. And I hope they get screwed anyway, since a fat paycheck is no guarantee a tenant won’t be a jerk.
