Use a Masterbuilt electric smoker as a warming cabinet Operation Amped

With just a few days before the Operation Amped surfing contest I needed to figure out how I am going to use this Masterbuilt electric smoker to thaw out close to 80 lbs of hickory smoked pork butt we made for Saturday's lunch. I also give you a quick Masterbuilt electric smoker review and show you how this thing works. For some reason they call this the John McLemore smoker, "signature" edition. I guess that will make me cook better! lol
In my last video I showed you my progress and strategy of how I'm going about smoking all 9 pork butt and shoulders and I don't want to mess this up after freezing them! Needless to say, here is my plan. This Masterbuilt electric smoker is a low cost alternative to a commercial warming cabinet and a lot more mobile. Just right for camping! Since we're taking our toyhauler and have a full hookup site, this is perfect.
