    The BEST tutorial EVER!! Thank you so much, you took away a lot of my angst. I looked at a few tutorials and couldn't quite make head nor tail of how to do this, but I was able to follow your instructions immediately and have already made a sample ruff (or ruff sample). Thanks again!!

    This tutorial is a godsend, I have to do one of these for the bottom of a skirt and I was so lost on how to do this
